Overall, the condo is gorgeous and my sister and I really enjoyed our stay. The interior furniture is very comfortable and the bedrooms, kitchen and baths were nicely stocked. Wifi worked very well.
The balcony furniture looks nice, but is not comfortable to sit on. The wood chairs could use cushions, or swap them out for something more comfortable or softer where a cushion is not required. I understand about the damage the salt air causes, so I realize this is not such an easy issue to solve. Because of the strong salt air you are forbidden to keep the doors or windows open (this is true for all NSB condos I’ve stayed in, not just this one) which is sad because you can’t enjoy the ocean breeze or the sound of the waves unless you’re outside.
The instructions for operating the TVs were very vague and we couldn’t figure out how to watch normal channels like ABC, NBC, CNN. However, all the streaming channels are available, so you won’t have a problem if that’s your preference. I’ve sent feedback to Great Ocean Condos asking them to improve the instructions for the remote controls.
