“Excelente servicio de todo el personal ”

“Muy amable el personal de hotel en sus diferentes áreas; recamarera, restaurante, bar y recepción”

“Muy bueno”

“Bueno, bonito y a buen precio.”

“The property is very clean and the host are very welcoming plus its a quiet place.”

“It is listed as a basement apartment but it doesn't feel like a basement - it is really lovely and quite comfortable. I would choose to stay there again. Parking in the driveway worked once I realized it was easier to come in from the Division Street end versus from 4th Street.”

“Great space with loads of personal touches. Plenty of kitchen utensils to truly cook in the space and thoughtful items like bedside lights with built in usb charging ports, extra lines and blankets, and even an umbrella. It was a big enough space that we could both comfortably work and move around without being on top of each other.”

“Exactly as described appointment. parking in back was convenient. The system that gives check in info had a problem but I got a response right away and a new link that worked. The only other issue was the WiFi never connected. Wasn't a big issue for me so I didn't contact anyone about it.”

“It was amazing ”

“The Hotel Murano was in a good location. We were disappointed in the lobby bar hours of service and service itself”

“For a hotel that seems to be high end, we had sheets with pills all over and getting them to clean the room was difficult. It was a decent safe place to stay but I’m not sure it’s worth the price.”
