“Check in and out was great. Kitchen was good but missed having the table and chairs as in the photo.”

We enjoyed our family time so much that we never even wanted to venture into the nearby town. We loved hiking/running to the beach daily, bon fires, and the cleanest hot tub I have ever enjoyed. 5 star all the way! ”

“The house was clean (spotless) and everything was as advertised and welcoming. The 3-bedroom was plenty for my family and the beds were comfortable. John was easy to communicate with as well. We just stayed the night this time but if needed we'll definitely consider renting from him again.”

“Accommodations were great. Much more space than other rentals we visited. Never visited the doc since it was March but looked very nice. The host (Brent) texted as soon as we arrived and offered his storage rental just down the street if we needed additional parking or storage for our UTV's. The video games were a hit as well.”

“Location is convenient to shops and Cumberland Gap Park. The owner was quick to remedy a problem with the air conditioner. The house does have the amount of beds to sleep the listed amount of guests. The place would benefit from having enough bath towels for the number of guests it can accommodate. I took my own towels after reviewing a previous post. Extra toilet paper and plenty of hand soap in bathrooms would be nice as well. The other recommendation would be more chairs to eat at a table...
