The accommodation and the whole experience was exceptional. The stay far exceeded our expectations. We have stayed in NY previously in a hotel and the accommodation was small and cramped. This apartment was spacious with all amenities, the beds were comfortable and communication with the host was great, we will be back and be booking this accommodation again.

This rental has a perfect location and was spotless with anything we needed available. The restaurant next door is amazing and they even have a little coffee and pastry counter for morning. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace, too.

This Vrbo was fantastic! The place is beautiful, stylish, and incredibly comfortable, perfect beds and everything we needed for a relaxing stay to celebrate Mother’s Day! The views are absolutely stunning and the location couldn’t be better! We loved every minute here and will definitely be back. Highly recommend! 5/5 stars

You won’t be disappointed with this penthouse apartment. Very nice and clean with two private balconies. Easy access to Times Square,Broadway shows, restaurants, etc all within walking distance. Several subway stations are close by if you want to travel around Manhattan. Barron was a great host, communicated very well, and went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay. I would 100% book this property again!

Fabulous location and views. Nicely furnished. Very good communication with host. We were two couples traveling together for art exhibitions and theater. It was great to have the space to hang out together when not out and about. Last trip, each couple had a hotel room and the cost of those 2 cramped Marriott rooms was more than this spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment.

Spectacular property! Amazing skyline views of Manhattan. Everything is well appointed and spacious. Comfortable beds and fantastic glass walled living area. Steps from Times Square, Theatre District and great restaurants. Subway close by to access all of Manhattan within minutes. Highly recommend! Will be back!

The apartment was exactly as advertised - very spacious and incredible views. Great beds, everything we needed in kitchen and baths and very easy access. The location was perfect. We walked almost everywhere…Lincoln Center, the High Line, Chelsea, Grand Central, Central Park. Lots of restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect for a family of four. The location is ideal for all things Times Square and Theater District. Also very close to the subway and so easy access to all of Manhattan. The property itself is pretty amazing, the views and the balconies and being able to see clear across to both rivers was wonderful. We stayed in for breakfast and coffee each day and the kitchen was well stocked and, with grocery stores close by, this saved us some money and made life better. The host was responsive and kind, and made us feel right at home.

The view was perfect. The host was extremely accommodating and this is one of the best days we've ever had in New york. The house was incredibly clean and it was a great place to get work done with a lot of space. I would recommend this to anybody coming in town for business or needing a place to stay that's Central to everything! Couldn't be happier with our visit

Great space to enjoy the city. Apartment was spotless the views are like nothing other. Host was super attentive and made sure we had everything that we needed. Definitely would recommend and definitely will be using this host again.
