Upper West Side GYM! Just a 3 minute walk to central park, this newly updated condo has everything you need for your family, friends and co workers. The train is less than a 3 minute walk away as well making it super convenient to get anywhere in the city and beyond! The condo was just recently gut renovated so all new fixtures, appliances for a very modern feel. You won't find many places like this in Manhattan! Space New, modern and snazzy! My friend is an interior decorator and helped me design the place, so you know you are getting the best. All the appliances throughout the apartment are brand new and very high end. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a shower to die for, I spared no expense when trying to make this place as comfortable as possible. Guest access You have access to everything in the apartment. I also stock the apartment with tea and coffee so help yourself :). Being right off of Central Park has huge benefits for restaurants, bars, sight seeing and other advantages. You will fall in love with the neighborhood. Getting around TRANSPORTATION EVERYWHERE. Trains literally 3 minute walk from the condo make it super convenient to get anywhere. Taxi's always available 24/7 and a local favorite... My condo is in a very residential neighborhood which gives you a unique perspective on New York life opposed to just the tourist areas. YOU WILL LOVE IT
