DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!! HOST WILL PLAY GAMES WITH YOU AND MOVE YOU TO MORE DIRTY APARTMENTS. HIRES CLEANERS THAT USE FEBREEZE AND KLEENEX TO SANITIZE COUNTERS AND BATHROOMS.
NO HOT WATER AND NON DRAINING TUB. NO HAS SHOWERED YET. DIRTY!

Wonderful location in a fabulous area. A perfect set up for our family of 2 grandparents, 2 parents and 3 kids. The 2.5 bathrooms were so helpful, as were the two separate ‘ends’ of the apartment. Immaculately clean with plenty of towels and Wardrobe/storage in every bedroom. The apartment is small (cause it’s NYC!) and showing some signs of wear and tear that need updating/repairing (and some extra kitchen/cooking equipment needed). One bedroom doesn’t have windows (no problem for us)

Overall good. The only problem was that on Saturday night, we could not unlock a door and one of our party could not get out. We called the host, who called a locksmith. It took an hour for the locksmith to arrive and fix the lock. That ruined our Saturday night in Manhattan. The owner needs to replace the locks. The place is clean, the location is great and the facilities are excellent.

Great location in NYC for Friends Getaway

We were 4 adult women in town for a Reunion Weekend! Apt had 2 full baths and 1 half bath. 4 bedrooms gave all of us our own space to unwind coming from different time zones. We were able to store our luggage before checkin which was greatly appreciated. Shops/Dining are nearby. Clean and safe. Well equipped kitchen for cocktails and snacks before dining out. It is a 3rd floor walk up but great value and everything you need was there and in good condition. Would recommend to groups of friends visiting NYC.

First time in NY

Everything was as advertised, clean and very spacious. Very good location, walking distance from many things. There were several subway station super close, we rode those during the day (until about 8pm) then took Ubers at night. I felt safe and the whole family had a great time!!

Great for a big family

Location is super close to multiple subway stations and also walking distance to many things. It was nice to have the air units in each room, especially during the heat wave! Host was very responsive for questions. We would have liked a larger seating area to all relax at the end of the day, but the reality is we probably wouldn’t have used it much as we were out most of the day. Great apartment, we would stay there again.

WOW!

What an amazing gem in the middle of New York City! Four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, looked freshly renovated and was very clean! The owner even provided bottled water and coffee pods! And there's a washer and dryer IN the unit! The best part of my review, though, is that we left a set of AirPods when we checked out, and they went out of their way to mail them to us!!!!!!

New York condo

Great location for this condo in New York. One the third floor and must walk up 45 steps to get to the apartment. One queen bed and the other three were double beds. It worked out fine for us but the beds were small. Plenty of dishes in the kitchen with coffee available. My kids complained about the traffic noise at night and one night jackhammers started at midnight.

Great location!! Very nice area. Host was very responsive and helpful when needed. Apartment was well stocked - however, 1 bedroom was missing A/C remote. We just used 1 from another room. Some of the towels were new and left black lint all over us, but there were other towels to use. 3rd bathroom is a half bath and I missed that in the description. Also arrived to a wide open window in a bedroom but we figured out how to close it. Overall, we had a lovely stay!

New York City Vacation

Property was very clean! Pictures of property are deceiving. There is not room for sitting at table and people being able to walk around table. One bedroom is so small you cannot open the door and walk in. You have to open door, move to the right and then shut the door to get into the bed and closet.

This apartment was terrible. Dirty, did not have enough beds or linens/pillows to sleep 10, there was not a pull out couch so a guest had yo sleep on an air mattress on the floor. No modem for internet, & water leaking through the ceiling when it rain. The entire party of people got sick from what I can assume was mold.

Great stay!

It was amazing. Manager was nice and communicative and very fast with responses. We stayed on the 3rd floor and it was ok for us because we had 4 teens but if you have little kids it is a lot of stairs!

Nice place to stay away from touristy area

We enjoyed our stay in this Lenox Hill apartment! We enjoyed being in a more residential neighborhood but still walking distance to attractions or the subway. We didn’t mind the steps but be aware they are narrow and steep. In hindsight we wished we hadn’t brought such large suitcases. I would have been in favor of a smaller dining table and more casual seating in the living area. That said, we did enjoy a few games of Monopoly at the table! We would stay here again.

Great place to stay for an NYC vacation

We visited NYC with family for a short vacation and felt lucky to have found this apartment for our stay! The location in Lenox Hill is a relatively quiet one for the city, with easy access to subway, museums, Central Park, wonderful restaurants and convenient grocery stores. Checking in process was very easy, the apartment was very clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean and updated. We definitely hope to be back!

A great stay in NYC!

My family stayed here and it was absolutely great! The bedrooms were a great size and having more than one bathroom, plus a washer/dryer, and having a dishwasher was kind of incredible for the price we paid. It is conveniently located and we got around the city easily from the apartment. The beds weren’t all that comfortable, but one comes to expect that at vacation rentals like these. I think the only other downside was that the stairs going up were pretty narrow. But really, this was a great stay and we would totally stay here again!

The location is good and will work well for a large group looking for lots of bedrooms. The common area is small; the kitchen is a good size.The description indicated 24 steps, however the 3rd floor unit actually has 39 steps.

Great experience & close to Hunter College

My coworker and I chose this place since it was only two blocks from Hunter College where we were working this week, and it was absolutely perfect for our experience. We had more than enough room, we were very comfortable, and the owner and our communication with them was very friendly and accommodating. The property does not have an elevator, and the owner does mention this so we were aware, but that was the only difficulty. 10/10 experience regardless, would stay here again!

Location Was Perfect

This was my first visit to NYC and I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Even though we had 3 flights of stairs it was still well worth the location. And easy communication with our host. We had a great stay.
