We had a great stay. The apartment is small but makes good use of the space and is well appointed. Great location-right off Mulberry and Canal streets, close to subway stations, and many choices for good restaurants. We will definitely keep this location in mind if we visit again.

Great location right in Little Italy and near Chinatown. So many restaurants/cafes nearby. High recommend the Chai Spot close by. A few blocks to a couple of different subway stops. Nice setup in the apartment and great communication for checkin and check out.

Allan, the Host is awesome! Greeted us upon arrival and showed us around, then left!The place is very clean and comfy! AND LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. close to subway and the best spot for little italy and Chinatown. P.S. the restaurant only sings for an hour or so and its closed for most of the week.

Great location in an iconic NYC neighbourhood. A comfortable space for four -- two adults and two teenagers. The host's assistant Allan was very helpful in answering questions and making our arrival and departure smooth.

Central Location with easy Access to Chinatown, Little Italy and LES

The place is well furnished, clean and very much as described by the host. The location is great. Only downside: if you have difficulty sleeping if there is noise outside, make sure you bring earplugs. I would definitely stay here again.

What a vibe!

Our stay was amazing. Great accommodation right in the heart of Little Italy. So exciting to walk out the front door and the culture greet you. So easy to get to the subway but exploring the area by foot was the best. So much access to great food and experiences. We loved it.

The apartment was super beautiful and clean and well equipped. The location is incredible. On the edge of Chinatown and Little Italy. A neighborhood full of restaurants and near the metro. It was perfect!

Great stay!

This apartment was great for two couples with the bedrooms being at opposite ends of the unit. The neighborhood is pretty lively until around 9pm but it felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again. The host was great with communication and made sure we had everything we needed.

From the moment we arrived, Allan set the tone with a warm meet-and-greet right in our room. He took the time to explain the amenities thoroughly and even offered thoughtful recommendations that made our stay feel personalized and welcoming. Highlights: • Location: Perfectly situated in Nolita, with easy access to everything the neighborhood has to offer. • Amenities: Well-curated and convenient, making the stay both comfortable and enjoyable. • Beds: Exceptionally comfy—exactly what you want after a day exploring the city. Note: The only drawback was some noise from the nearby restaurant. However, this is part of the Nolita experience, and anyone choosing to stay here should expect a lively atmosphere. It’s not a dealbreaker at all, just part of the charm of the neighborhood. Verdict: A fantastic stay with attentive service, unbeatable location, and cozy comfort. Highly recommended!

Amazing!!

Apartment was in the perfect location. We were able to get to everything we wanted to do easily by walking or subway. Check in was smooth and we were met by someone to help us get bags up the stairs. Each bedroom with individual AC. Extremely clean. Owner communicated before, duting and after trip to make sure our stay was perfect!
