Primero llegamos al cuarto 415 que se veía algo deteriorado el baño ( tapiz, marcos de espejo y cuadros ) y el aire no enfriaba bien . Nos cambiaron al 413 y todo fue excelente ! La ubicación es excelente y volvería sin duda .

El hotel está cerca de Soho muy bien ubicado. El personal es muy amable. El elevador tenía un botón descompuesto y solo había un hoyo. Las alfombras del piso estaban viejas, muy sucias y realmente levantadas lo que no permite avanzar con las maletas. La habitación tiene los muebles muy deteriorados así como las toallas y cobertor. Realmente no lo recomendaría para nada. El ambiente es para personas que quieren ir a comer a restaurantes por la noche y solo caminar.

Mala experiencia con la limpieza de la habitación
Estando ahí resultó que la limpieza de la habitación, diz que por regulaciones que no pudieron demostrar, la intentaron hacer cada 4 días. Probablemente hayan casos de huéspedes que prefieren que no les limpien la habitación pero no deben aplicar esa medida para todos. Debería ser si y sólo si el cliente así lo especifica. Al final y después de haber reclamado, restablecieron la limpieza diaria de la habitación.

Hotel para vacaciones , pero no volvería.
Hotel con buena habitación, buenas camas y baño, perfecto para vacaciones (in and out). Lo malo es la mala información sobre sus servicios. No te avisan que para que te hagan el aseo en la habitación debes avisar. No te avisan que para recibir paquetes tienes un fee de USD 10 x paquete ( no aparece ni en el sitio web), y como que no cuentan que servicios tiene uno ( Wifi por ejemplo). tampoco me entregaron mi cuenta final, por lo que no sé si me cobraron lo correcto.

Convenient to get onto the subway, walking distance from little Italy, China town, and Soho. Room size was as you would expect in a NYC hotel room, with absolutely no view! Decent amenities, our housekeeper was great. Not exactly VFM in itself but I guess this is what you get in Manhattan.

Found it to be very noisy. Outside noise at 4am was awful. Inside could hear other room doors and banging. Could not adjust the room temperature or shut the window coverings. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

One of the less expensive hotels in the area. Friendly staff and clean and large rooms. Dollar for dollar, it is much better value that some more expensive hotels in the area. One downside, they used to provide free continental breakfast. It is not the case now. Still it is a good value.
