Estuve dos días sin aire acondicionado en la habitación Lo reporte y me indicaron q el hotel estaba lleno. Cuando pagué solo me redujeron los taxis de esos dos días. Fue muy incómodo y sofocante la noche. No pue descansar bien

la cama es super incomoda, el espacio del cuarto es muy pequeño para 4 personas mas sus pertenencia, la iluminación es pobre tiene bombillas que no funciones. los empleados de por la mañana te dan una información y lo de la tarde otra, nunca pude desayunar siempre que llegaba se había acabado y no era ni la hora! en realidad es un hotel que tiene mucho que mejorar!

No les vale el aire acondicionado
en varias habitaciones el aire acondicionado no servía, esto para cualquier hotel de 1 o 5 estrellas es algo inaceptable y en el staff no noté ningún interés por resolver el problema. La primera noche nos cambiaron de habitación a las 12am sin embargo ahí tampoco servía. Deja mucho que desear.

Be sure that if you pay for a promo room, they will give you the worst possible room they have. Restaurante and rooftop were closed for “remodelation” but they don’t tell you until you check in.

Checking muy malo, el cuarto,pequeño , estuve tres noches y en ninguna fueron a limpiar el cuarto, había 2 elevadores uno no servia, no es un hotel de 4 estrellas es de 2. No vuelvo a ir a este hotel y no lo recomiendo

Ni se les ocurra alojarse en este hotel
Este hotel es un auténtico fiasco. Las fotos evocan un hotel boutique, no muy grande, en la zona de Chelsea. Pero nada es lo que parece. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas. y no están limpias, nos encontramos pelos en los estantes del armario. El servicio es muy deficiente y descuidado. No reponen las amenities del baño, e incluso una tarde al volver al hotel nos encontramos la habitación sin hacer, tal como la habiamos dejado. Y lo peor es que el manager, se limitó a tomar nota, no ofreció una compensación, ni siquiera una disculpa. En el check out, y aunque habíamos pagado por adelantado la habitación, nos pasaron un cargo suplementario de 25 dólares por habitación y día, además de los impuestos locales. Para terminar, y para ser justos, he aquí las cosas buenas. El personal del hotel en general es atento y con ganas de ayudar a pesar de las limitaciones de medios. La terraza del hotel tiene un bar pequeño pero agradable y con ciertas vistas. La calle, a pesar del barrio, está sembrada de plantas pues en élla se agrupan las floristerías de Manhattan y dispone una boca de subway. En fin, en la despedida tardaron casi veinte minutos en traernos las maletas desde su consigna. En conjunto,con seguridad no merece la pena,yo no volvería nunca. alli

Lo recomiendo
Me gusto el hotel, la habitación, limpieza, el personal muy amable. La cuadra donde está ubicado y la zona en general no me gusto mucho. Hay mucho indigente caminando y durmiendo por ahí. Se ve desaseo en esa calle. Hay muchos hoteles de grandes cadenas en esa zona. Lo recomiendo.

Hotel muy recomendable, fantástica ubicación, habitación amplia, cama grande y muy cómoda. Limpieza correcta,sin sobresaltos La atención ha sido muy buena, sobretodo de los chicos . La chica de las mañanas tuvo menos paciencia xD. En general repetiría en el hotel hayden.

Interaction with the staff members (which were minimal) were great, but the place is pretty rundown. The fan in my bedroom rattled loudly, the gym center was cramped, and everything looked patched up in very shoddy ways. The outdoor seating was a nice thought, but it was filthy. I don't expect much from continental breakfasts, but this one was pretty sad. For $300/night, I would expect a bit more. The place needs a facelift asap.

Hôtel très bien situé, en plein cœur de Manhattan. La chambre était correcte mais pas toujours très propre malgré le service journalier. Le personnel n’était pas très souriant mais surtout le petit déjeuner était médiocre. La salle à manger est sans fenêtre, éclairée avec des néons, uniquement des viennoiseries pas toujours fraîches, du café et de l’eau.

This hotel is average, at best. The lobby is pretty, but the rooms are bleh. Every detail has been missed. Outlets are crooked, the stopper on our sink was missing, the shower and sink don’t drain fast enough, the vent in the bathroom was REALLY dirty & needs to be cleaned, there are paint drops on the floor, would not recommend staying here if you have OCD. The details will drive you nuts. The bed was fine.

Stay in NYC often for 1-2 might trips. This was a decent spot. Staff was very nice and room was bigger than most NYC places i've stayed. But the "breakfast included" was a joke, don't count on it as a bonus to your stay. Best thing is that is was great for the subway and we were able to get down to the WTC and up to museums with no trouble at all. Would stay again for the king bed and room size.

Very nice hotel in Chelsea area. We were able to hop the train in whatever direction easily. It’s a nice walk to Central Park with many landmarks on the way if you wish. Breakfast was nice, especially the muffins. Lots of good NYC pizza joints nearby. Had a small issue at checkin but the staff made it right immediately. Very thorough selection of toiletries and pillows/beds were clean and soft.

My son and I spent two nights at this hotel to visit NYC’s main attractions. This hotel is very conveniently situated, well priced and the rooms are nicely sized and very clean. The breakfast offers mainly breakfast pastries, yogurt and fruit. Everything is fresh and very tasty. I would definitely stay here again!

Close to subway but that's really it, beds are noisy and uncomfortable, bathroom was not clean, we had a street facing room and it was very loud, hotel staff not very helpful/friendly... overall this is a low-grade hotel that fit our needs but we won't stay here again or recommend it to others.

Service was good- everyone is friendly and helpful. The rooms are dated and we had a headboard that was falling apart. It’s not luxury and lacks the attention to detail in the maintenance that you’d hope for in a boutique hotel. Location is good with trains near by and lot of city buzz nearby.
