The layout is ideal for extended families, coworkers, relocating households, or groups who want to stay together while still having room to spread out. Each floor has its own entrance, kitchen, bathroom, and living area, making it easy for guests to enjoy both shared time and privacy.

The floors are accessed through the property’s shared interior hallway and stairway. Guests do not need to go outside to move between them, although they will need to go down to the common hallway level and then upstairs to reach the other entrance.

I live on-site in a separate private unit with its own living space. There are no shared kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, or living rooms. I may occasionally use the shared hallway, walkway, or side entrance when entering or leaving my unit.

Guests also have access to the backyard. Free public street parking is available nearby but is not reserved or guaranteed. There is currently no washer or dryer available for guest use.
