Excelente atención por parte del personal, desde que llegas hasta que te vas. El uso de su aplicación vuelve todo mucho mas practico y rápido. Hay detalles de mantenimiento, en mi habitación (410) el agua de la regadera se salia cuando te bañabas, porque los empaques de las puertas ya estan algo gastados. El mueble del epejo en el lavabo es muy grueso, era muy dificil poder agacharte a lavarte la cara o los dientes.

Their staff is amazing and very helpful, what I would say I didn’t like was probably the construction next door but that was not the fault of the hotel so I would say there was nothing disappointing

Es una buena opción en Brooklyn, por estar cerca del metro. Pero el tamaño de nuestro cuarto era excesivamente pequeño. El lavamanos casi inexistente. Claro q uno sabe que en NYC todo es pequeño, pero ufff. De resto, funciona muy bien la cadena SONDER

This place was really nice! I love the location, it's close to everything. You can literally walk to get anything and you have two train stations less than a minute away. The room was really clean!

The entire hotel was evicted with no notice that Sonder would not have access to property and we were forced to find another hotel at much higher cost due to timing. Not a good experience.

We had a great time staying here . There were plenty of food nearby . It was all great until the relationship with Marriott was severed on a Sunday afternoon , and my group was worried we would have to move places after running in a half marathon . Thank goodness we were able to stay that night . The staff was was friendly especially during this time

Room did not have outlets work by bedside, telephone did not work, and TV only allowed for pay Netflex unless you brought your own passcode to enter site. Pillows were not flesh and was uncomfortable as well. Overall experience was disappointing.

The room and hotel was great, small but you don't go to NYC to stay in a room, it served its propose of having a clean, confortable place to spend the night. Great location jus a few steps from the metro stations. Great staff too!

Lacks charm and many of the typical amenities of a hotel, with small rooms and weak AC, but just as they say in real estate, hotels in New York are all about “Location, location, location…” and the Sonder in Gowanus is one of the few hotels with great access to Park Slope! So let’s be honest, I’ll likely be back!

Hotel was really nice! I loved the industrial look and amenities. It has a great location next to coffee shops and restaurants and steps aways from the subway station. Although, the room was tiny and the sink was outside of the bathroom, we enjoyed the stay a lot and all the staff member were so polite and helpful.

Yes, in New York, Brooklyn - coffee house across street and pizza place 1/2 block away. Great walking area as well. Room - Clean and very nice. Very Small would be one little challenge and the Bathroom needs a shelf over the toilet or a towel hook Staff - not many, but all were friendly and helpful

The only reason I am not giving a higher overall rating is because of the bathrooms. There's a reason they aren't pictured in the listing. The showers are barely functional. Why would you build a shower around a post that takes up 1/3 of it and makes it practically unusable? Other than that I WOULD still recommend this property if you're looking for a convenient, clean, safe, affordable place to stay. It's certainly not a five star hotel but it worked great for everything else I needed.

Convenient location and a compact/efficient room for a good price. If you’re looking for lots of space look elsewhere. We just needed a place to sleep, so it worked great. There was definitely an odd trash smell on the first floor and lots of noise. Try to get a room on a higher floor.
