The Space

We're right on John F. Kennedy Boulevard, Jersey City's main boulevard, running the whole length of the city. It's wide, well lit, and four lanes, with 24/7 stores and gas stations all around, so you're never on a dark, empty side street, even when you get in late.
The 24/7 bus to Times Square stops right across the street, less than a minute's walk from our front door! Ride straight through the Lincoln Tunnel to Port Authority on 42nd Street, steps from the lights of Times Square, in as little as 45 minutes. No transfers, no parking, no hassle!
Headed downtown? The bus to Journal Square plus the PATH train is the quickest way into Manhattan most of the day: the World Trade Center in about 45 minutes, door to door.
Driving? Manhattan is as little as 15 minutes away through the Holland Tunnel, and Newark Airport is about 15 minutes the other way.
And inside, it's dead quiet. We invested in premium soundproofing, so you get all the convenience of Kennedy Boulevard with the peace and quiet of a private home!

- Perfect for any group size: smaller groups get a bed for every person (up to 7) and can use the extra top bunks as a handy shelf for bags and clothes, while bigger groups share the queens and the king to sleep up to 14.
- A Pack 'n Play crib, a high chair, kids' plates and cups, and toddler toys are available upon request, and a baby gate guards the top of the stairs, because traveling with family should feel easy.

Early check-in and late checkout may be available depending on our turnover schedule. Just send us a message as early as you can and we'll gladly check the options for you!

Luggage Drop-Off & Longer Stays
Arriving early or flying out late? We're happy to hold your bags before check-in or after checkout, just ask!
Longer stays are welcome too. With a full kitchen, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a sunroom workspace, the house works just as well for a week or a month.

One Price for the Whole Group
The nightly rate covers everyone, up to 14 guests, with no extra-guest fees.

A Few House Rules
To keep things comfortable for everyone:
- No parties or events, and just your group, please: only the guests on your reservation.
- No pets, please. Service animals are always welcome!
- Quiet hours run 12 AM to 8 AM, and the backyard is yours until midnight.
- Shoes off at the top of the stairs, no smoking or vaping inside, and the guest who books must be 21+ and staying with the group.
