“host was very welcoming and very communicative! i appreciated how much he reached out in the event i needed anything. i just wish the place was a bit more clean. the linens that we used felt very felt clean, but the environment could have been better. there was visible dirt and things around that didn’t make the space feel as nice. other than that, i really liked the host and the location is awesome.”

“The property was clean and very serviceable. The area outside the unit was a little messy but it didn’t impact our stay. Communication with the manager was really good and the price was reasonable. ”

“The unit itself is a 5 star experience but the parking situation is inconvenient. A narrow singular access point to reach the rear parking creates a gridlock when the other unit's guests block access. Having to go knock and ask them to move their cars became a nuisance. Otherwise the neighborhood is quiet, unit is spotless and close to UF. ”

Though this rental is an apartment attached to the back of a large house, we still felt like we had lots of privacy and some seclusion with our dog, which is what we were looking for. The small back yard quickly turns to a patch of forest. This is in a suburban neighborhood so the forest is only 30 yards deep (guessing), but it still provides quite a bit of solace and you can...
