Great place but the contrast to the images was abit surprising tbh. The lower level is beautiful but the upper level felt really dull besides the home theatre, it was still missing things. Cleanliness was questionable tbh it was pre dirty when we got in especially the bathrooms & kitchen area. We noticed alot of broken things, ensured to take pictures & videos prior. Lacked basic essentials that you would get in other places so in contrast to other accommodations this was abit of a let down for the price we paid. Also, the neighbour was a little intrusive asking how many people were staying & for how long which was a little concerning for us in terms of safety. But the host responds well, on time (provided reassurance) and we reached out often, we did raise a couple of things with them. Hoping they better it for future guests. We would still recommend to book the place, it is beautiful place to stay at. We did spend majority of our time out exploring local beaches, restaurants and even went towards the entrance for an amazing massage at the totally active healing centre. Whale watching is up Newcastle way & we great place for shopping.
