- Spacious upstairs flat - 3 bedrooms (1 king size, 1 double, 2 single beds) - Comfortably sleeps 6 and a high chair is available for children - Free overnight parking off street parking is available and on street parking available during the day. - 3 miles from Newcastle City centre and 3.7 miles from Newcastle Airport. The space I'm very excited to welcome guests to my spacious and well equipped upstairs flat just outside of Newcastle City Centre. I hope it forms the start of a memorable stay in the city. I have enjoyed sourcing comfortable and stylish furniture that will allow guests to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay.
My property sleeps up to 6 guests (2 double bedrooms and a third bedroom which contains 2 single beds). My property is close to the A1 which allows gives quick an easy access to Newcastle Airport and is also close to direct routes into the City centre.
Ground Floor:
The private entrance is located on the ground floor to the right of the main building. You will enter small indoor space with a staircase immediately ahead.
Upstairs living area
Once up the staircase you will find the master bedroom through a door on the right hand side. Continuing straight on gives you access to the living area with a large sofa suit and a table and chairs. A large TV can also be found in this room as well as the Wifi router on the floor.
The kitchen can be accessed through a doorway in the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and an excess of plates and cutlery.
The living area will also give access to the remaining two bedrooms both with wardrobe space for be used. The bathroom contains a standing shower with a sink and toilet but unfortunately no bath. Guest access You will have access to the entire property. The property has a private entrance and is on the upper floor so you will have privacy from anyone walking by.

Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is an Aldi nearby and other local shops.

PARKING
There is parking available in the car wash area at the rear of the property between the hours of 5.00pm and 9.00am. However cars will need to be removed during the day but there is plenty of free street parking.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
