There was an issue with the temperature regulation. When we arrived the house was 52 degrees. Someone arrived to help and fix the issue but it remained cold on the first floor. The maximum temperature was 65 degrees but the upstairs was extremely hot close to 78 to 80 degrees. Being from Florida, the temperature in the main living area being so cold made it difficult to relax. The owner offered to bring over fire wood, which we happily welcomed but it was never brought over. The fence on the side of the back yard blew over and was hanging on. Overall, not a great experience. The bedrooms were spacious and had comfortable beds but the main living area needed heat and there wasn’t a good lay out for our family to be together all in one room. There were only enough seats in the living room for 5 people and we rented to house to have all of us together and sitting together was a challenge with the layout and furniture.
