“We had a wonderful time at this property over the Memorial weekend for my daughter’s graduation from Chapman. The location works perfectly for strolling to the beach, going out to eat, and grabbing midday snacks. The kitchen, living room and rooftop area are great gathering places for our informal breakfasts and quick lunch prep area. ”

“The property was nice and clean. The location was not bad but the parking was difficult. It would have been easier is we could use the garage to park. The walk to the beach was really easy no complaints. It was also really close to Main Street in HB so plenty of things to do and eat. The neighbors were really nice and welcoming. It was great there was a BBQ on the patio as well we enjoyed that.”
