The management was responsive throughout our stay, however, we had quite a few issues. There was no doorknob on the front door the entire stay so we had to go through the garage/basement to get in and out and never knew if the front door was locked. They did send a locksmith but they said they couldn’t fix it. The elevator stopped working at one point, but again, they came to fix it. The air conditioning also stopped working our last day/ night there,- I texted asking about it in the evening but never got a response until we were checking out and I followed up. Another weird thing was that on our last day of our stay, the management texted me saying they brought over sheets but didn’t let me know prior to coming or ask if they could which just generally made me uncomfortable that someone entered while we were there and I didn’t know. Overall, the management was responsive and helpful but it was really frustrating feeling like I had to constantly text with an issue.
