“It was perfect for our needs.”

“This was a perfect place for a family get-together on the beach. Most people enjoyed walks, runs, and surf. A couple of die-hards found the wifi sufficient for work. Newport has all the amenities nearby, not to mention the Yaquina Head lighthouse. The state park with its trails and playground was nice to be near. Lovely place!”

“You should be transparent on your website. You listed this property as a hotel but it is not. You show balcony with the view of the ocean But the view in my room was blocked by trees. The bed was very uncomfortable like sleeping on a cardboard and was squeaky and woke us up all night long. There is no one on the property to help and you need to call 800 number to get someone in Texas to help you. Also upstairs noise was unbearable. This is the worse place I stayed. “The host was very easy to communicate with. I wish that the code to the room was a bit shorter. And I wish that it was listed that there was no AC. The room got very hot at night. Other than that, it was an amazing stay.”
