Everything about this rental is too notch. We had a group of 7 ladies stay for a college reunion weekend and were wowed by the house. From the spaciousness to comfortable beds to well stocked coffee and supplies! On top of that the location was perfect and allowed us to walk everywhere. Highly recommend this rental!

This was the most amazing rental home we have ever stayed at. The home itself is stunning! There was not one detail missed. Sean was very attentive and responded immediately when needed. We will absolutely be staying here again! You can’t beat the location, in the middle of it all. If you have a chance to stay here, DO IT!

Deserves 100 out of 10 stars! Location is superb, walking distance from all wharf, shops, and restaurants. Directly across from the historic Trinity Church, this home is a slice of history but resplendent in its modern renovations. Each couple had their own floor, two with gorgeous and completely equipped kitchens and living space. The top floor is a gem, deck overlooking the harbor and outfitted for an outdoor bbq. The finish and detail manifest expert workmanship. A love for Colonial America is reflected in each piece of decor, furniture and artwork alike. Gas fireplaces on each level are surrounded by custom tile designed by a local artisan. Interacting with the owner is sheer bliss. He responds almost immediately. Instructions are both well-prepared and insightful. His vision for this 235 year old dwelling is spot on and executed perfectly. We cannot wait to return.

The house is beautiful and was very clean and in good order upon our arrival. The host was very helpful from the time of booking. He also helped me with some questions about the area and unrelated to the house. Check-in and check-out were very easy. The home is in a great location, a block from Thames street. The church bells were noticeable but not obnoxious. They didn't disrupt our stay at all. We were in town for a wedding and had a very short stay. I would love to revisit the area and would definitely consider renting this home again. It accommodated our party wonderfully with privacy and bathrooms for all.

The house was perfect for our weekend in Newport girls' trip. We had 6 ladies staying in the home and we all felt like we had plenty of room, bathrooms, and everything we could have wanted. Very beautiful, well-maintained and comfortable historic home. Sean was a pleasure to work with on booking, and we appreciated how close we were to walking into town, restaurants etc. Loved our stay and would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to experience Newport at it finest!

We took my Mom and Aunt for their Birthday to Newport. This house was absolutely perfect in every way. It was definitely one of the cleanest places we ever stayed at. They thought of every detail with this house. I can’t think of anything that was overlooked. Location was perfect! We definitely want to plan another trip to stay there again.

My family of 8 absolutely loved this rental! It is decorated beautifully and was immaculate; the beds were comfortable, bedding and towels soft and clean…and extra touches were appreciated. The space was perfect - plenty of room, and we loved the rooftop deck. It’s is also in an amazing location - so easy to walk to shopping and restaurants. We can’t wait to return.

We stayed at Trinity House for a summer wedding. The location was the best anywhere! Shops, food, and the waterfront were all steps from the house. Inside, thoughtful details were everywhere — from the convenience of en-suite bathrooms in all the bedrooms, to the amazing rooftop deck, the house allowed us to relax and get ready to celebrate our family wedding. The property was beautifully appointed, tastefully decorated and perfectly located. I have been traveling with this group for over 35 years and some said it was the best place we have ever stayed. The highlights were the en suite rooms, the rooftop deck, the nice welcome basket and the location.
