Met my needs perfectly. Unit is perfect for a single or couple wanting to stay in the Middletown area.No problem with parking, a big plus in the Newport area. Communication with host was simple and made things easy.Laundry was available ,but I did not make use.

Great stay!

I was in town for a wedding and this was the perfect spot! Easy to get to, access instructions were clear and it’s a nice place to sleep. If I ever visit again, I’d love to stay here!

It was very clean and very quiet.. the mattress and pillows were a bit ‘hard’ and the tv was way too small. But my best friend and I would absolutely stay there again…

I always have a good stay at this property. I occasionally work in Newport for weeks at a time and this property works for me. Host is excellent!

Nice little studio apartment

Clean, simple space for my wife and myself to enjoy a few days in the Newport area. Nothing fancy but just what we needed in a quiet neighborhood. Really enjoyed the wildlife and rocky beaches of Sachuest Point 10 minutes away.

I stayed here for a week and really loved the location — it was convenient, quiet, and close to everything I needed. The space was clean and comfortable, which made it easy to relax. My only small wish was for a slightly bigger TV and a few more cooking amenities in the kitchen to make meal prep a bit easier. Overall, it was a great stay and I’d definitely consider coming back!

Location is great—less than 10 minutes drive from Newport beaches. Neighborhood is quiet and parking is easy. Room is overwhelmingly humid (even in late September) even with a dehumidifier running around the clock. Also would have appreciated more than two small towels for two guests spending three nights (two bath towels each, plus washcloths and hand towels would be nice).Generally, I’m just looking for a clean bed and shower and basic kitchen facilities. Overall, this room is serviceable, but a few simple, inexpensive changes would make a huge difference: an actual door with a lock (there’s only a slider), a doorknob on the bathroom, a shelf in the shower for your toiletries…Floor in the whole unit is tile and slippery, finishes are sloppy, and the humidity level was nearly unbearable. The location is within a few minutes drive of restaurants, groceries, and beaches, though, which was its biggest selling point. Bed was comfy (though sofa bed, of course, was not). Nice to have access to a washer and dryer. I also appreciated that the host was prompt in returning messages.

The apartment was very close to Newport, which is what we wanted and it has some nice features. Overall I’d say it was OK, but some small improvements would boost it significantly. For example, it was nice to have a washer/dryer, but in addition to the dryer sheets, some detergent would have been great. Yet at the same time, they provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, which was a nice touch and a walk-in shower, which I thought was great. There was coffee, but no creamer or sugar. There were a couple of tired looking plates and cups which we did not want to use and one disposable set of silverware. My sister and I were OK sleeping in the bed together, but assumed there would be linens for the couch. There were no extra linens, and bathroom towels were very small and only one towel piece. The floor in the bedroom/kitchen area was tile which was a bit slippery especially after the rain. Outdoor furniture was advertised, but there was actually just one chair. Overall, the apartment did not detract that much from our trip because we weren’t there very much, but we actually found ourselves staying away as long as possible because it just was kind of tired and worn. I don’t mean to be unkind with this feedback. I’m hoping that you can make those improvements to have better rental experiences in the future for other people. It feels like at one point. It was a relatively nice studio apartment that now needs some freshening up and attention.

Charming stay

The check in process was painless, and the property was incredibly quaint. Having our own washer/dryer was incredibly convenient.

The tiny television didn’t have basic cable which is almost mandatory everywhere, Especially at the price per night. There were two plastic chairs outside that should’ve been thrown away.

Great location. Easy access to everything in Newport & Middletown. Very quiet neighborhood. Peaceful

Property is very clean, however access to TV via firetv is very limited. Need sensor light outside so one can do combination for entry to studio at night. Need more lighting in bathroom. No face towels provided. Would stay there again but only for a short stay..
