You'll get your share of breathtaking views from this brand new condo located just south of the Yaquina Bay Bridge. This vacation condo boasts views of the bridge, Yaquina Bay, and the Pacific Ocean. Enjoy crisp sea air mornings and peaceful evenings filled with the sounds of passing boats, birds, and sea lions. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and hardwood floors. Watch the activity in the bay from the dining room while enjoying a nice meal. The living room has brand new comfortable seating for all and a fold out sofa sleeper for the evening. The second bedroom has a queen bed, plenty of storage, and is perfect for two. The primary suite boasts a luxurious California King bed with beautiful decor and is the perfect place to relax. One of the highlights of this vacation home is the Jacuzzi tub. Set in a windowed alcove with views of the bay, it's absolutely fabulous! The luxuries of this condo make it an excellent choice for your small group getaway. Windward at the Regatta is close to the famous Newport Aquarium and the exciting Nye Beach area. Come down to Newport and see this beauty for yourself! Condo is on the second level there is a elevator on site.

We loved our stay here! The views were spectacular and we really enjoyed having a full kitchen. We brought my mother along with us and having the elevator truly made our stay that more enjoyable for her and my aging knees.

This property was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The master bathroom Jacuzzi tub was amazing and the beds were very comfortable. I would recommend staying in this condo. It was really nice seeing the boats coming and going!! We will be staying in that Condo again next year.

Seafood & Wine Festival

Amazing view! It was so enjoyable to watch all of the comings and goings in the harbor. Stayed here for the proximity to the Seafood & Wine festival-it couldn't have been a better location. Would definitely stay here again.

Check in was straight forward and convenient. Accommodations were excellent and clean with spectacular views of the water. Kitchen and living room were together with a very nice patio for viewing the sunset.

This property is the perfect combination of luxury accommodation and convenience. The condo is beautifully appointed with comfortable couches and beds, kitchen is well equipped and the large garage is a definite plus on the coast.You're going to be right on a paved path to walk either to South Beach Park or the Aquarium ( Rogue Brewery just happens to be on your way ). You'll enjoy a full, unobstructed view of the bay - not to mention the sunsets! Driving north or south -no problem. Heading south - just turn right and go back to the main highway. Going north or back into town or Nye Beach, turn left and go under the bridge and you're right back on the highway. We loved it ( as you can tell ) - you will too!

Lovely and relaxing

Very comfortable, relaxing and beautiful condo. Tastefully decorated, nice location, fabulous view. Love the view from the living room, master bedroom and bath. Spacious. We plan to come back for 3 nights in the future.

Perfect getaway

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this unit. The location is perfect. Close to beach access, docks for crabbing & beach for clamming. The patio has a perfect view for watching boats crossing the bar & seeing marine life. Great kitchen comfy beds. Gsrsgec& elevator.

Our second stay in this unit. Two years in a row. Just a superior property. Comfortable, quiet, beautifully appointed, with an exceptional location. My only complaint is what I strongly feel is an unacceptable early checkout. For the price of this accommodation it’s an insult to have to rush out on the final morning by 10am. A normal checkout time of 11am would go a long way.

This is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed. The beds were comfortable, and our concern about being close to the bridge was unfounded; we did not hear any noise. The shower and jacuzzi tub were perfect. The marina & jetty are just a short walk away. The condo was spotless and located in a lovely, peaceful area. We would love to return. The only downside was the check-out time, which was set at 10 AM. I understand the need to have the condo cleaned for the next renter, but it would have been wonderful to enjoy the location a little longer, given the price we paid.

The views were magnificent. Accommodations comfortable. A disappointment that the rogue brewery was closed down. The TV progamming is less than desirable. You need streaming services. Showers could use grab bars floor is slick. Short on hand BR towels & kitchen cloths. Location is supreme.

Beautiful condo and great location especially for walking along the jetty and to the Bay by the Hatfield Center and Aquarium. Loved trying to identify the birds out the big windows and watch the harbor seals basking in the sun. We spent a month here and wished the kitchen was better equipped (10 large spoons but only one pancake flipper; salt and pepper but no other seasonings, no mixer on 9x13 pan). You can hear large truck traffic on the bridge but quickly get used to it. Lugging groceries from the car to the elevator then to the condo got old for us old folks BUT would we stay there again? Absolutely!

Great Location

The unit was fabulous and it is in a great location.If renting durnig a hot spell, please note it does not have AC. Fans are provided; however the windows in the bedrooms only open a small amount from the top.Still think it is a great place.

It is always a pleasure staying here. We have stayed here many times over the past 5/6 years, and always love it. It would be great to see the windows cleaned on the outside, in the last year we have stayed here three time, and noticed the windows do not look like they have been cleaned. In the past years, they always were clean, I know this is the beach, but, they have not been cleaned in awhile. The glass door to the patio, is great Thank you

The door to the property isn't in the garage, it's upstairs so I was a little confused. And the ad didn't mention that you can't cook crab in the unit but aside from those things we had a great visit! Thanks for having us

Great Spot!

Note that it is a Condo and not a townhome. Entrance is on 2nd floor above the garage. We were a little confused checking in but I had two tired toddlers yelling at me while trying to figure it out so probably just me. Great location. We went clamming in the bay right in front of our place. Pier is just down the street. Great View. They do have a no Crab policy but that makes sense due to location next to Pier and how messy and stinky that can be. Overall we reallly enjoyed it and would come back. Having a garage was nice as well.
