The unit was spotless and well maintained - the property as a whole is really nicely maintained. Very friendly staff. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen was fully loaded with all the pots/pans/bowls/etc you could need were you wanting to prepare meals.

Great, quiet, relaxing. Young person at check in/out was great and very professional. Nest time we wil request a ground floor unit so no stairs. Thanks for the stay!

We found the property to be clean, well kept, roomy and with beautiful view of the ocean. The trail to the beach is a bit lengthy. We enjoyed the staff, they were kind and helpful.

Super friendly staff, what a great place to stay. Incredibly located for all the things to do in Lincoln City and Newport! Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, two floors, great floors!!! Want to come back with more family members and rent several condos on the complex!!

This place was great for a family. Perfect amount of space for everyone, great location with an easy walk to the beach, and an amazing pool. The staff was wonderful too-they made me and my kid feel so welcomed

The place was step back into the 90's decor. It was super clean and spacious. Pricing was great for the amount of space. This is a condo sold as a motel. I wish swimming hours were a little later than 6pm. But overall a great place to stay

The staff we interacted with was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. The property was really shabby. Siding needed to be pressure washed. Stair treads were very worn. The beach trail was not maintained. There was an accumulation of refuse at our front door. The interior of our unit was very clean and comfortable, but very dated. The sliding door to the deck was in bad condition and wouldn’t slide easily. I assume this is the reason the price was reasonable for the size of the unit.

Very clean rooms and overall place. It was hard for me to go up and down the stairs but only room they had. The unit is DATED needs new pics on the wall and the bathroom has a very low toilet older version low for all 4 of us in the room The bathtub shower is very high and very dangerous. We all felt this unit needs to get rid of the toilet and bathtub n old pics. Everything else is EXCELLANT here Have a wonderful area with covered pool, hot tub, great bathrooms with a good shower Also a little walking to see beautiful ocean. Staff were great, so friendly and helpful office staff and Momodu was helpful in a number of ways for us. We will stay here again but book early and get a different room.

Easily slept 5 adults. Not sure how 6 is possible. Clean comfortable great price. When showed up to checkin no one was in the office and office hours posted different then what was stated in the reservation. Thankfully they had a phone number to call for “after hours”. Lovely access to beach, fire pit etc. close to Newport and local surfing beaches.

Very disappointing! As soon as we opened the door, we were hit with a foul mold/mildew smell! It was awful and ruined our weekend getaway. We discovered there was a wet spot in the dining room carpet.(was not our doing we had not even been in that area) and are certain that is where the moisture mold issue is stemming from. Management needs to deal with this issue. The house was fairly clean except for the stained carpet and very outdated, run down furnishings. The biggest drawback was the stinky odor we continuously smelled during our stay. Additionally, the bar area the lower cabinet door was caved in/bowed and broken/unable to be closed . The light under the microwave over the stove would not shut off. There was no way to shut it off. Philippines, the patio doors out to the balcony were completely fogged from the inside between the glass, so the view was obscured and pointless. All the furniture appeared to be from 1982, very outdated. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms and bathrooms appeared to be cleaned well. The kitchen dishes and supplies were well stocked. The exterior of the property appeared to be well-maintained. I will be contacting property management about the above issues and do not recommend staying at Schooner Landing for this reason.

Large Quiet Unit

While the units are older, they were very nicely furnished and clean and great space. It was nice to have two separate bedrooms and multiple bathrooms as well. Loved this stay

Room/condo was awesome. Full kitchen, spacious rooms and 3 bathrooms!! The pool/ sauna were great. Except they closed at 4pm!!! On a Friday night and Saturday!!! When asked they explained that they are having staffing issues. But we were a little disappointed because we came for the pool and the coast. Otherwise everything was fantastic. Beach access was a little hike, but beautiful and private. They had tons of fun board games/ puzzles to borrow. Also a wonderful coffee/ hot chocolate bar that our kids LOVED! I would definitely come back and recommend. I hope they are able to extend the pool hours.

2 bed condo was great for family of 4. Units were mostly clean albeit dated and a little worn down from age. Beach access with .25 mile trail was great! Pool was closed which was a major bummer. I would consider again but only if pool was open.

The site needs a few comsmetic updates and is currently under contruction. Buttt - listening to the waves, before bed, from the Pacific made my stay simply amazing & I highly recommend walking down the beach! What a gorgeous view!
