Enjoyed our stay in this great location! It was so nice having dedicated parking, especially since we were there over Labor Day weekend. We were able to walk to dinner, and enjoy the harbor, then walk home with no stress. The apartment was lovely, with modern bathrooms and comfortable beds. I do wish the 3rd bedroom had a door and a regular bed in it instead of an old standard "bar in your back" sofa bed. It seems a waste of a room. But we made things work and had no issues. Check-in and parking were a breeze and the elevator was a must-have for luggage and for our disabled family member. It's hard to find in the older buildings of Newport!

Best stay in Newport

The property exceeded our expectations, it is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and immaculately clean. Free parking onsite in the center of Newport is an added bonus. We will definitely recommend as a great place to stay.

Last minute getaway with my son. The condo was perfect for us. The location was fantastic. The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean, roomy, and quiet. Floor fans and white noise machine in the bedrooms were nice touch. Everything looked exactly as the photos shown. Parking was easy and most places are a walkable distance. Highly recommend.

Last minute trip to Newport with the family

My husband, son and I planned a last minute get away to Newport. This place was amazing. The photos and description are spot on. You can’t beat the location. Right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. We parked in the two appointed spots for the unit and didn’t need to drive anywhere. You can walk to everything easily. The unit was very clean and well appointed. Each bedroom had its own en-suite bathroom which was perfect. We didn’t need to contact the owner because all instructions are easy to follow. We had a wonderful time and for sure will rent here again.

Highly Recommend for your Next Stay

Newport Lofts was the perfect place for the three of us to enjoy the restaurants and shops in Newport. The location was great, onsite parking and an absolutely gorgeous apartment - so comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. We will 100% stay with Newport Lofts again and recommend you do too.

A Great spot in the heart of downtown Newport!

We absolutely loved this property! It was spacious, clean, and overlooked Thames street! Perfect for three couples as each too had its own attached bathroom. We can’t wait to stay here again.

Great location.

Nice space, but nothing like the pictures where I was told I would be staying. Fuse for the frig had to be switched at least 5 times a day. Sometimes tricky to access the unit itself.

Perfect condo to stay in!!

Loved the property and the location!!! Enjoyed every minute!! Would have liked an overhead fan in the bedrooms...only a suggestion as at night with the doors closed it gets a little warm. Would rent the property again in a heartbeat!!

Perfect albeit loud

The three separate en-suite bed/baths were perfect for our family trip with adult children ages 21 and 25, plus the shared space together. The location was great for walking anywhere you want to go easily and the parking was next to the building - easy! The only thing that was somewhat challenging was the noise level. Being on the corner of hopping night life, it was very loud late at night (weekend). But more annoying was the noise from the unit next door, where actual words and conversation can be heard clearly through the shared skylight. This was heard at breakfast time and at night when the people came home. Never out of control, but if you are looking for a quiet get away this is not the spot for you. If you want to be in the action this location is perfect, which worked great for us.
