On entering this remarkable coastal apartment, the hallway is the perfect spot to kicking off your shoes and hanging your coats. Following on through the property, to your right is the bathroom which consists of a shower over bath and WC. Past the bathroom, you will find the two bedrooms, a king-size which offers sea views and an en-suite shower room and WC and a spacious twin bedroom. Heading across the hall you will enter the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The kitchen area consists of an electric oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave. The dining room provides seating for six, which allows you to enjoy a meal with friends or family. And last of all, the lounge area allows you to relax after a long day of exploring, offering a Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker and views out to Fistral beach.

There is an off-road parking space for one car.
