    Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Cot and highchair. Welcome pack. Balcony with outdoor furniture. Allocated parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Ocean 1 is one of the best location in Newquay, perched on the desirable Pentire Headland and close to the world famous Fistral Beach.

    42 Ocean 1 is a second floor apartment with a spacious open plan living area furnished to a high standard. The living area gives direct access to the balcony which is the perfect place to unwind and take in the stunning views of Fistral Beach. The apartment also benefits from an allocated parking space.

    There are thoughtful additions throughout, including jigsaws, DVD’s and board games, a basket of blankets for keeping warm on the balcony, a basket of beach games and toys, a cool box, picnic blanket and picnic basket for those long days on the beach. Also included for you is a welcome pack including cleaning products, tea, coffee, milk and some Cornish Fairings.

    Whilst in the area, why not enjoy a round at one of the finest links courses in the South West, Newquay Golf Course, which is located nearby. For those looking for an adrenaline rush, a visit to the Lusty Glaze Adventure Centre is a must, where activities on offer include rock climbing, abseiling and coasteering.

    There is so much to do in Newquay, attractions include Newquay Zoo, The Blue Reef Aquarium and Buccaneer Bay - a journey through old Cornwall’s coves and lanes complete with pirates!

Excellent position for getting around locally. Furniture i.e beds and seating could be more comfortable and bathroom drainage needs looking at as could be quite smelly but overall the stay was good.

The apartment is fantastic, so well equipped, clean and beautifully decorated and set out. Great location too with amazing views of Fistral beach. So handy to have your own parking space too and there is a lift to the 2nd floor. Was informed too of when the apartment was ready which was well before 3pm. Great find this and hope to return again in the future!

Perfect location

Fantastic apartment and superb view of Fistral Beach. The kitchen was great, every utensil you can think of! Everything was very comfortable. We had the best weather, the beach was a 5 min walk, all in all a fabulous stay, thank you.

Lovely week in November, comfortable apartment with nearly everything you need ( a basic set of weighing scales would have been useful). It is a very well presented apartment in a good location with views over Fistral Beach . We were pleased to find on arrival that there was a fully functioning reliable lift to the second floor for anyone who might be put off by the stairs. We had not read this in any of the reviews. A delightful place to stay even in November .

Das Appartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Lage mit dem Blick auf den Fistral Beach ist super. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist die Lautstärke der Straßengeräusche in den Schlafzimmern. Hier wären bessere Fenster hilfreich.

The apartment was nice but could have done with a more thorough clean. We realise it hadn’t been used for several months due to lockdown but a little dusty in places. Main bathroom toilet didn’t flush properly so had to use en suite. We had to contact the owner When we arrived as gate code we got was wrong so couldn’t gain access To car park. Loved every minute of our stay, close location to Fistral Beach makes this a great place for the three of us - one of us being our dog! A perfect place to unwind, everything we needed was there, including secure parking. Town is easy to walk to, and has everything there, most places being dog friendly too. Home from Home PERFECT ❤️

Everything was just perfect. It was like walking into our own home. Immaculate, spotlessly clean, warm, cosy and comfy and everything you need for a stay away. A complete Gem on overlooking lovely Fistral Beach..... we will definitely be back. Thank you

Great apartment, well equipped, beautifully decorated and furnished. Wonderful view of Fistral beach so if weather's not brilliant just sit and watch the waves. Secure allocated parking means no rushing to find a space. Ten minute walk to nearest shop for newspaper etc. so no need to use car.

As per usual, a great holiday with my family in an excellent location.

As per usual, a great holiday with my family in an excellent location. The week was packed with lots of fun things for the kids, mainly located on Fistral beach, Perranporth and Watergate Bay. We ate out every night and managed to book ahead at places that permitted our well behaved Labrador. Our favourite restaurant that we always visit was down at Lusty Glaze, as always excellent food and service. What helped us have a great holiday was the brilliant apartment, with great views from the balcony looking across Fistral Beach. The apartment was suberb for our family of 4, 5 including the dog and was very clean and nicely decorated and layed out. The cot and high chair that we asked for was already set up and in place on arrival, which negated the need for us to try and fit ours into our car. Overall a great holiday in a superb apartment that Id definitely book again if available.

We’ve just returned from a week here.

We’ve just returned from a week here. Wow it’s amazing everything you could need. We have 2 children 11 and 9 they loved it along with our dog. The beach is just a short walk down the hill and what a gorgeous view you get. We drive to st ives and Kynance Cove. Which took around 45-60 minutes for each absolutely stunning. Would definitely return to this property. Absolutely beautiful xx

Excellent home from home apartment, well equipped, with the essential supplied, didn’t need to get coffee etc straight away, as these were there on arrival along with milk & shortbread a nice touch. Along with dishwasher & washing machine products. Views were amazing from the balcony.
