Stunning clifftop apartment with amazing views. We loved our stay here and hope to return. Everything in the property was modern, clean and to a very high standard, we genuinely cannot fault it. We had already made plans to eat out most nights however had we known how well furnished the kitchen at the property was, would have opted to cook for ourselves. Coming back early evening and opening the bifolds to enjoy the sunsets was a real treat. The location is perfect for those who enjoy getting out and about. A short 2 minute walk to Porth beach and a 30 min walk along a stunning cliff top walk to Watergate bay. We particularly enjoyed our morning and evening strolls along Porth headland, where the waves crashing against the rocks is a spectacular sight. Communication with the hosts couldnt have been better. Everything was clear and laid out ahead of arrival and they were on hand if we had any issues (we didnt). A wonderful property. Highly recommended!

Really conveniently located apartment. It's on a well used road so there is road noise in the front part of the flat, but we knew that would be the case and the bedrooms are very quiet with the windows shut. The apartment was spotless and really well, and thoughtfully, equipped throughout. The use of a surf cage in the underground car park is also really helpful. Barbara, the owner, was massively helpful on the run up to our short stay and was very responsive to our few queries. We had a great stay. Loads to do in the Newquay area too.

Perfect location

Absolutely amazing place to stay!The location was perfect for me and my friends—just a short walk to the stunning local beaches and everything Newquay has to offer. The owner was incredibly helpful and welcoming, always available if we needed anything. We genuinely had the best time and made so many great memories. We’ll definitely be coming back. 10/10 – highly recommend!

Home from home

Sadly, we are home from our holiday, we wished we could have stayed longer in this beautiful apartment which is well situated between miles of coastline. The communication was excellent. A lengthy email detailing all we needed to know about our stay and Barbara was on the end of the phone on the day and throughout the week, if needed, which we couldn’t have asked for more. The apartment is well equipped, along with lots of lovely touches to make it home from home. The views from the apartment are stunning and the bifold doors bring the outside in on those beautiful sunny days. But even if the weather turns, watching the sea from the comfort of the apartment was great. We really enjoyed exploring the area and taking the walk into Newquay and along to Watergate Bay. Thank you for making our stay one to remember, we will be back.

Lovely apartment

We had a wonderful time at this lovely property. It was really clean and well appointed; in a great location away from the hustle and bustle of Newquay but a very short drive away; and the views and sunsets were absolutely amazing. We had a lovely time. The host was great. Extremely helpful and very responsive when we had a couple of minor queries. Would definitely book this again.

Great Location, Spectacular View!

Can't say enough about this flat!. Easy parking, great location minutes north of Newquay, perfect place to wake up early and take beautiful walk along the cliffs! The place has everything you need to feel right at home. Thank You so much Barbara for a wonderful experience for myself and my girls. Look forward to staying again. P.S. Perfect place to explore the coast

Excellent place just by the beach. Beautiful for morning walks along the cliffs. Amazing views, comfy beds, two very clean bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen.

Fantastic apartment & great location!

This is a fantastic apartment, situated directly opposite the gorgeous Whipsiderry Beach. The apartment is very well-equipped and very nicely furnished, all very comfortable and spacious for our family of four. There is underground parking with a reserved parking space, and access to wetsuits/beach toys via the owners' surf cage which comes in handy with all the nearby beaches. We are able to watch the sun set every night without leaving the apartment, pulling open the bi-fold doors and enjoying the stunning views. Newquay is well-positioned to explore the rest of Cornwall, we had a fantastic week (May 2023). Barbara was always on hand too if we had any questions, and gave us lots of useful info about the apartment and nearby attractions ahead of our arrival. You won't regret booking a stay here - thanks again Barbara and Ray!

Lovely Seaview Apartment

The apartment is situated opposite Whipsiderry Beach, it’s a cliff top location, where you can either take the steps down to the beach or just take a cliff top walk to the right or left with beautiful views over Watergate Bay. Ideal if you’re a runner too as it’s all on your doorstep. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need for your stay. Great communication with the owners who respond quickly if you needed to speak with them. As the apartment has a coastal view you have the added bonus of beautiful views from first thing in the morning to when you return from a day out, through to the evenings. It’s a short walk down the hill to Porth Beach where there are a few restaurants, cafes and even a large car park should you prefer to drive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to others.

Great location

This is a lovely property in a great location. We arrived late on a cold night (-6) but the apartment was easy to access and warm on arrival. Having an allocated space in the underground car park was great ( although I was glad we’d taken my Mini as access would be more interesting with a large, low car. ) The apartment was very clean and had all the essentials and more. The location is fantastic - sea views and walking distance to Newquay, but also on the coastal path. It was the perfect location for a quiet, pre-Christmas get away. Thank you Elaine.

Fantastic apartment with amazing vuews

This spartment is superb, the best bit being able to open up the bifold doors along the front, allowing you to feel the fresh sea air. Well equipped and very comfortable. Lovely cliff top walk just across the road and a short walk down the hill to Port Beach - well worth it and highly recommend Gwenna Teahouse for cream tea, just cut across the beach.

Perfect, nothing less

We absolutely loved this apartment. We've stayed in a different one here before which was nice enough, this one was identical in layout, but that's where the similarities end. This one, owned by Elaine, is so clean, welcoming, well equipped, & I have to say it again, clean! The view is stunning, the furniture is comfortable, it has everything you need, the WiFi was good & stable so we were able to use our firestick in the TV. Elaine was so accommodating, great communications, very friendly before, during & after our stay. We highly recommend staying here, just don't all book it up completely so we can't get in again please lol. Thanks Elaine, we'll be back if you'll have us x
