Th home was perfect for our trip to Sunday River! We enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of skiing and the kids enjoyed playing in the arcade room at night! The home was very well maintained, clean and thoughtfully decorated! We will definitely be back!

Great location near the slopes

We had an excellent stay at the Farm House. It's proximity to Sunday River and the fall fest events was a welcome surprise. The property was perfect for our group of friends to hang out for the long weekend, with on-site activities and a responsive host who dropped off extra firewood for us.

Cozy and charming!
This historic house is very charming, and in an excellent location. We enjoyed the proximity to Sunday River and wide open back yard. Great location for a family get-together!

Amazing, quaint and cozy farmhouse. We loved the layout, the game room and proximity to the mountain. All the beds were well appointed with comfy bedding. Lots of room for parking. The private hot tub was a nice amenity to have after a day of skiing. The host was very responsive and helpful. We’ll definitely return.

Sunday River Ski Vacation
We had a wonderful week stay at the Farm House! This was our second time staying here & once again it did not disappoint. The house was clean, well stocked & comfortable. Also the location can’t be beat for a week of skiing at Sunday River! We would absolutely stay here again!

Great property, close to all the activities we wanted to do as well as the town for provisions. Beds were comfortable, pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. We loved coffee on the deck and s’mores by the fire pit. The kids loved the game room. Texting with the management company was easy and they were very responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Place to Stay
The house was cozy, clean and had a ton of charm. The location was great, close to the ski resort and to gem stone mining. The house was well stocked and had many fun activities to do during our down time. We would stay here again.

Wonderful Christmas week
My family and I had a fantastic ski vacation in Sunday River staying at this beautifully appointed farmhouse. The location was so close to the mountain and there was so much space for everyone. Game room and hot tub were fabulous for our 2 families with 4 teenagers. Highly recommend!

The Beautiful Farmhouse
Located close to Sunday River this beautifully decorated house is a gem! Nicely furnished, comfortable beds and beautiful linens. Well equipped kitchen and fun game room. Great hot tub and fire pit in the spacious back yard. This house is perfect for families vacationing together.

Juste parfait comme hébergement
Tout était excellent, bonne localisation pour le ski, beaucoup d’espace pour tous les membres de la famille. Le divertissement (salle de jeux, spa et feu extérieur) était très apprécié. Nous étions 8 et tout le monde avait son espace.

Best Ski House
The house was perfect. All the beds were extremely comfortable. The living areas were great for our group. Hot tub and game room really made it a fun stay! Definitely renting again!!

Better than the photos!
From the time we booked to the time we stayed, they updated some of the furniture and it was for the better! The beds were comfy. We had room to spread out. The place was stocked with a lot of what you need. Proximity to Sunday River is amazing too :)

Great house and location
This is a very quiet location which was exactly what we were looking for. The house had everything we needed for our stay and was very clean. We had plenty of space for our whole family.
Communication with the owner was great.
I would strongly recommend this property
