“It was very cold and our room had no heating, they did supply us with a heater which promptly broke down, they did very kindly offer us dinner on the house, which we accepted. The hotel itself is a little tired and although it has been partially upgraded it still needs a lot of refurbishing to bring it up to an acceptable standard.”

“I had such a wonderful stay at Arthurs from the moment I arrived. It is so stylishly decorated and my room was so beautiful and comfortable. The highlight of my stay, though, was Jill. She gave me the loveliest welcome and instantly made me feel at home. She went out of her way to get me sorted for breakfast, and did it all with such genuine friendliness and kindness.
