Easily drop-off/pick-up skiers throughout the day or shoot back home for a quick lunch. You'll truly appreciate this traffic-free location on busy days when the main access road is backed up for miles! Walk to The Foggy Goggle. Drive to The Matterhorn Ski Bar or Steam Mill Brewing, both less than 3 miles away. This location’s perfect balance of privacy and proximity is hard to beat!

Inside, the open concept floorplan creates a spacious yet connected vibe. The fully applianced kitchen has ample storage and all the comforts of home. The large living room is centered around a 75” smart television w/soundbar and woodstove. There is a Sonos smart speaker, extra-long couch (with pull-out bed), and an oversized armchair perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. Play board games gathered around the coffee table, enjoy your beverage of choice while watching the fire, wrap yourself in a cozy blanket and just RELAX!

The primary bedroom offers a king bed, large dresser, closet and ensuite bath with shower. There is also a queen bedroom, common bath w/full tub/shower, and a bunk room with a twin-over-full and additional trundle. The bunk room also includes 2 beanbag chairs and a 43” television. Each bed has been outfitted with soft flannel and fleece bedding. Guests are more than welcome to bring their own bedding if they choose!

Other features include an oversized deck with Weber Gas Grill, Solo Smokeless Firepit and distant, veiled views of Sunday River’s Fireworks! The sloping back-yard is a perfect little sledding hill with sleds provided.
