"Clean rooms. Had 2 single beds on mezzanine and double bed downstairs with 2 seats, kitchen and dining table and 4 chairs. Had plenty of cutlery and plates/bowls for 4 guests. Luckily we didn't need the small plates as only 3. Had a hotplate. My only gripe is the pans supplied were tiny. Had to boil ..."

"Great place to have a night before Hobbiton. Everything perfect.The owner was very nice and she explained how to get there. She put the heater on before arrival to be warm at our arrival. Matamata is a quiet town, but surorisinglu, there are many places to have dinner."
