I really enjoyed my three nights at this wonderful little hotel right next to the beach. For what you get, it's very reasonably priced. Hung, the owner was always most helpful if I had any questions. For one, she introduced me to her travel agent friend over the phone who is able to clarify my Visa issues for Vietnam. If you want to bring back some fresh fish from one of the markets in Nha Trang, she will let you use her kitchen and all the utensils to cook it up. And there is so much good seafood in the town, from squid, to shellfish, to many different kinds of fish. So much cheaper and more enjoyable than just going to an expensive restaurant. Hung has also responded to the Coronavirus challenge by cleaning all the surfaces with soapy water and then alcohol. And this is done on a daily basis. This really surprised me and it was great to see that all the surfaces, the door handles, the taps in the bathroometc were all really nice and clean. No grunge to be found here. There are restaurants and convenience stores close by. I would thoroughly recommend this little hotel because it's more like a Homestay. Will definitely be back there when I have the chance and it would be good to stay for a longer period of time...

Melhor custo benefício

O hotel está super bem localizado , na melhor região de bons restaurantes com preços incrivelmente baixos e ao lado de uma street food com diversas opções de ótimas comidas. As instalações são muito boas, o quarto muito confortável e o banheiro possui chuveiro com água quente e tudo funciona perfeitamente. A internet é lenta, mas nos atendeu. Fica de frente a melhor parte da praia .

Clean and cheep

Third time here. Good hotel,clean,cheap,best location. Next to the hotel public bus no. 2,4 stop,bus 2 to Big Buddha Pogoda Long Son on the hill top,bus 4 to Ponagar Tower. On the same street lot of places to eat and buy fruits.

Horrible hotel. Last resort only

If you're on a tight budget and the alternative would be sharing a room with 5 strangers, this is the place for you! The hotel is down an alley opposite the Ruskin water park and then to the left. Once they show you the room, make sure it matches the pictures. They tried to shove us into the attic with spiders and ants but it apparently wasn't the first time they pulled that trick. Ants in all rooms, cleaning will not happen unless you tell them specifically (with broom gestures) an hour before you need it cleaned. The location is good though

No frills but decent place

The staff were friendly. The place seemed a little more run down than the pictures showed. It was a decent place to stay but nothing special. All in all, for the price it was a good value but there are much nicer places for about the same price.

Below average but ok for price!

Hotel is located in a good place however it is at the back of an alleyway. There's no lift so if you don't like climbing stairs and you get the top floor room then you will be tired! Overall the room was just below average but ok on a budget. Staff don't really interact with you but the staff at the booking desk are very nice! Room cleanliness is average, needs a deep clean!

There are so many better options in Nha Trang

The air in the room were really bad/hot,like the room had been closed for weeks. Turned on the a/c, but after 2 hours it was just as bad. We complained early next morning and they said they would check it out. When we got back to our room, it was slightly better,but still over 30degrees. Later they told us it was to hot outside for the a/c to cool our room (!?) The only thing that made the room "liveable" was the fan on the wall,but the power went out 2-3 times a day. After 3 nights we couldn't take it any more. Asked for a refund, but they had a different hotel a block away so we desided to try it. Stayed on the other hotel for the rest of our stay. But we would never stay at either hotels again. There are so many better places to stay , I think even sleeping on the beach is a better option.

Not sure if I'd actually STAY here.

We used this hotel as a "home base" to leave our bags at while spending 12 hours at Vinpearl in Nha Trang. It was sufficient for the purpose, but I'm not sure I would actually want to stay here overnight. It's down a dark alley from the main strip. The Expedia description said it had been fully renovated in 2014, but I'd be surprised if that were true. It was very dated and kind of depressing. We had to climb four flights of stairs to get to our room, which may have been clean, but just didn't "feel" that way. The A/C did work well. I think they had WiFi but never gave us the password, and nobody felt like going down all the status and back up again to get it. For US users, I would equate it to a step between the Motel 6 and a pay by the hour place. On the positive side: they did let us check in at 5am though, even though we had to knock on the metal gates to get in (not really 24 hour desk service as advertised), and the beds were surprisingly comfortable, for Vietnam.
