Excellent choice for everything. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is delicious. We stayed about a week and enjoyed every minute.

Has nothing to complain. If you don’t mind being a little away from main attraction, this is definitely a recommendation. I like it because it’s quieter & still have easy access to everything.

Our group of 8 loved the Horizon Hotel! The location is great, for anyone wanting to be on the north beach. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Stunning infinity pool on the 4th floor--very quiet and a good place to hang out as a group. We were picked up at the airport, offered bottles of water and cool washcloths to freshen up, and upon arrival at the hotel were given a cool drink as we checked in. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Everything about this place is great!

fantastic spa service.

It was a pleasant stay overall. However the service was not good enough to call it a five star hotel. Despite the fact that majority of guests are tourists, there is no tour desk, and the front desk says that they do not know anything else other than the service in the hotel. If you can't plan your own tour, I don't think this hotel is right. The Spa service in the hotel was fantastic and Thao, the manager worked really passionately and did her best for the guests. I am willing to stay in the hotel if I go visit Nha Trang again in the future.

Customer Service can be improved. Limited communication and misunderstanding. Not flexible. We booked 6 nights with the hotel. We asked to checkout one day early to go to Phu Quoc and gave them plenty of time ( one day after checkin). They said “no way. You will forfeit your one night paid if you do so. No refund”. We still decided to checkout one day early anyway. Not recommended to stay at this hotel. There are other better hotels in Nha Trang with better location and better service.

We booked the best so the room have the best ocean view , large room , a lot space . The condition service here very poor Very horrible massage services, sauna, we went massage all room no have Ac , bad condition, musty and damp smell. Lobby, hallway no have Ac very hot . Sauna service charge fee expensive Cleaning room 6/10 . Breakfast 5/10 . Some of food old , pho, soup very poor Employee check in great If you need room just for sleep come here . If you looking for good price come here If you looking for relax not this place

The stay was generally pretty good! Pros: All of the amenities that you would expect from 5 star. Place was nice, right across the street from the beach, rooms were clean, and there was a coffee shop at the bottom. Cons: Bathrooms had a separation from the rest of the room, but the floor in the main area would still get everything wet. The staff tried to have us pay for dirty pillows cases that were obviously stained before or weren’t even ours. The staff did later apologize after we complained, but we didn’t expect that experience from a 5 star establishment. Seemed unprofessional.

The only issue with the hotel was an unexpected charge using the karaoke room, as we believed it to be part of the hotel. The price to use the room was listed in Vietnamese so we had no idea there was a charge which is strange considering all the other prices for drinks was listed in English. Tried to get this charge taken off our bill but staff said no sorry.

디포짓을 떼어먹어요

숙박시 했던 디포짓을 돌려 주지 않고 있어요. 체크아웃시 내가 사용한 250000동을 제외하고 750000동을 돌려 줘야 하는데 아무리 이메일을 보내도 무시하고 있어요. 체크아웃시 크레딧카드를 줬는데 뭘 잘못한건지 이메일로 다시 달라고 해서 주저하다가 결국 다시 주었는데 그 다음부터는 묵묵부답. 어떨게 처리해야 하나요?

일단 새 건물이고 바닷가 바로 앞에 있습니다. 걸어서 5분 거리에 시장이 있고 산보하기 좋습니다. 직원들 친절하고 깨끗합니다. 이거면 된거지요
