状況により評価はわかれるかも

施設はとても素晴らしかったですが、まず依頼済みの空港ピックアップがきておらず、自力での移動を強いられました。そしてチェックイン時に「ここではない」と言われ、スーツケースを引きずりさまよったあげく、フロントの勘違いだったことが発覚、無事チェックインできました。(施設はスターシティホテル内のレジデント層のようで、プレミアムコースタイルの名称はどこにも掲出がありません)施設はとてもすばらしく(キッチンに電子レンジとフライパンはありません。炊飯器はあります)景色も抜群。手ぶらでいけるビーチやジムやプールもよかったです。ただ最終日には支払い済みの宿泊料が「未払い」である旨の問い合わせがあり、チェックアウトの仕度中にかなりストレスフルなやりとりが、発生しました。結論から言えば再度利用したいかと言えばもちろんYESですが、言葉などに不安がある場合はおすすめできません。誤解のないように伝えたいのですが、施設は本当に素晴らしくビンマートなどのスーパーが目の前にあったり、人気のsuspaなども至近で、コストパフォーマンスも抜群でした。

高くないのに素晴らしいホテル

ホテルはビーチにはゲスト専用のビーチデッキとパラソルがあり、ビーチタオルも貸し出してくれますので、助かります。まわりはスパ、レストランが豊富で楽しめます。部屋はキッチン付きにしたのですが、電子レンジとフライパンはありませんでした。お鍋はたくさんあります。 立地は申し分ありません。

Complex and contradictory

This is a complex review. The accommodation is a sub lot, part of a large hotel. The hotel was great! Staff went way beyond what was necessary. However, the actual 'Premier Coastal' apartment had some serious flaws. It was a self catering room, yet very little crockery and no cleaning products had been left. (This is an expectation in rooms of this kind.) Also, as a part of the deal the maid service was only every 5 days. Thus without complaint we had no ability to clean anything, or have the bedding changed. (Hotels.com have offered some recourse due to this.) After repeated complaints to the main hotel staff our room was cleaned every day, during the second week. Additionally, as a sub let there is no signage for the hotel, so arriving was difficult. our cab driver found it by address, rather than name! Nowhere on the booking is Starcity, the hotel mentioned. This would have allowed a much easier transfer from the airport. As semi residents of the hotel we were able to use their open air pool and private beach area, both of which are fantastic. A long sandy beach with very little tide, with clean warm water safe to swim in. Nha Trang is a fast developing holiday destination & I understand why. The beach is brilliant and food & drink cheap and plentiful. The weather was hot and skies mostly clear, excellent for April! It is difficult to recommend the part of thee hotel we stayed in for the reasons mentioned, but the actual hotel seemed very good.

Es handelt sich um ein Appartmenthochhaus, nicht um ein Hotel, die Rezeption wusste nicht genau über die Buchung Bescheid, Appartment war aber schön und gut gelegen am Strand

Look for Starcity Hotel as there are no other sign

There are no sign anywhere showing the hotel name - not on the building, entrance or at the reception. When we arrived the staff in the reception did not know the Premier Coastal Nha Trang Apartments. We were driving around in a Taxi for 1,5 hours and entered the hotel twice before someone confirmed that the address was correct but that we should have been looking for Starcity hotel as it is the name shown. Rooms are good with a fine view. The beds are very hard. Breakfast is very expensive and bored. Furthermore the breakfast was very seldom filled up. We experienced that the staff started to take away the breakfast half an hour before closing time. The hotels lays in an area with high music during the night. Like many other hotels the WiFi is poor.

God udsigt, strand og lejlighed.

Flot lejlighed i god stand. Vi havde et dejligt værelse med udsigt. Gode senge og god plads på værelse og badeværelse. Super belliggenhed til at gå rundt langs stranden eller de små gader bag hotellet. Dejligt med solsenge på stranden.

Great Spot for Families in Nha Trang

Our stay at Premier Coastal Nha Trang Apartments was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Beach was easy to access and the private umbrellas were a nice benefit for guests. Lots of great restaurants nearby. I would say that this is a fantastic place for families. The only drawback was that sometimes there was noise at night from the beach. However, this was not every night and did not really affect us too much.

구글맵에 뜨는 위치가 너무 엉뚱한 데 있어서, 새벽에 찾느라 발 동동거렸어요. 심지어 예약한 객실도 준비안됐다고...(응?) 새벽에 나트랑 공항에 떨어져서 안그래도 피곤해죽겠는데, 방 준비도 안됐대고. 삼십여분 기다려서 체크인했네요. 위치는 빈펄 바로 맞은편이라 돌아다니기엔 좋아요.

Great beach location

Great location, very comfortable, friendly, helpful staff, lovely pool, facilities adequate for making simple breakfast or light meals if necessary, private beach beds opposite, only minus is rooms serviced only every third day, but who changes their towels and bedding at home every day?

This apartment was very nice and smart with beautiful views of Nha Trang Beach. I didn't realise this was not actually a hotel suite but a privately owned apartment, but this did not seem to make much difference to my stay. You can still check-in the usual way, but apparently you need to contact the owner directly if there are any problems. It was very clean and the bathroom was very nice (with a rainfall shower head). The location is very central and very close to the beach, but keep in mind it is directly opposite the Sailing Club, which seems to be quite a party venue, so this apartment might not suit everyone. Overall, I enjoyed my stay :-)

Please check details before booking

Location is very good. Service is provided by Starcity Hotel staff who are fluent in English and very friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and clean. However, upon check in, I was told that kitchenettes including a stove top in room is not allowed to be used and housekeeping would only be done on the second day during my four-night stay. As stated in Hotel.com that kitchenettes is in room, it is my reasonable expectation that we can use them. It also states that there is daily housekeeping. I raised these issues with Hotels.com immediately, but no response till now. Further, the WiFi throughout the hotel is of turtle speed, much slower than that of mobile phones.

No bathtub

Checkin is at Star City whose staff are wonderful. Advertised on Hotels.com to say bathroom has spring water bathtub. This is not true. None of the Condotels at Star City have a bathtub. Complained to Premier Apartments manager and explained that I booked hotel specifically to have a bath. Was given free breakfast as apology. Apart from that, room was good. Soundproof windows worked well. Only noise was some door banging from other guests. Aircon very slow to cool room. Great views. Great location.

Great location

All good . Only negative we stayed 4 days and they only cleaned the room once so we had lots of rubbish bags.we did have a problem but they were very good and helpful

Good location

The service from the hotel of StarCity was very good. The hotel is near the beach, which is convienent. The setup of beach facilities by the hotel is also good.
