This cozy private studio is located on Lundy`s Lane surrounded by shopping, dining and entertainment. The space is part of a quiet family friendly apartment building and is best suited for couples and solo guests that are in town for work or leisure.

The Cozy BoHo Studio is a 9-minute drive to Niagara Falls, Clifton Hill, The OLG Stage and Casino.

We are walking distance to the Canada One Outlet Mall and a 1–2-minute drive to the Americana Waterpark & Resort.

The space has 1 Queen Bed, 1 full bathroom, a newly renovated kitchenette and a small sitting area.

Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Cable and FREE parking are all included with the stay.

1 Queen Bed (Pillows/blankets/sheets/towels/and toiletries all included)

Dining:
Kitchenette fully equipped with appliances: Keurig + coffee, induction stovetop, microwave, full-size fridge, plates/glasses/cutlery, kettle and toaster.
-Dining table with 2 chairs
-Induction Pots and Pans included for cooking
-I supply some basic cooking essentials to get you started but please come prepared with your own oil, spices, sugars etc. if you plan to cook a lot.

We have free parking on site. Niagara Falls and Clifton Hill are a 5 minute drive from the property. There is also a We Go shuttle bus stop in front of the building. The We Go shuttle will take you directly to Niagara Falls and Clifton Hill.
