  • This cozy 3 bedroom cottage style home offers guests the convenience of a great location just minutes from Clifton Hill and the Falls. Enjoy your home away from home with a fully equipped kitchen and all the other comforts of home.

    COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST

    As with our other rentals, I supply a compimentary heart breakfast each morning which consists of a hot entree, muffins, yoghurts, fresh fruits, and juices.

    WE ARE PET FRIENDLY

    Our property is family and pet friendly.

    THE SPACE

    The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, pots & pans, dishwasher, microwave, etc. The Keurig machine comes with a multitude of coffee and decaf coffee pods and I always supply a multitude of different teas.

    The living/dining room, kitchen and bathroom are all located on the main level. There is one bedroom on the main level and 2 bedroom are located on the second floor.

    There is a smart TV set up with Netflix in the living room and master bedroom. There is high speed internet available.

Location was approximately 15 minute walk to all attractions. The place was clean. The host delivered excellent delicious breakfast every morning. The host responds quickly. Great communication. Seamless check out. Would recommend.

The house was in a great location to walk to the Falls. It was an easy 15 minute walk. The breakfast was delicious and a nice touch. Only negative was the neighbor’s backyard light went off and on all night long and shined into the back bedroom.

We actually needed the owners help with electrical difficulties and he was a ROCK STAR!!! He solved our problem right away with a free up grade that was available. Our stay was fantastic and the breakfasts were SO GOOD! Thank you for the stay! I would recommend this owner!!!

Checked in to a clean home with essentials! Host was very pleasant! Location: This location is awesome and within walking distance and close to the falls! Breakfast: above and beyond and was a wonderful additive to the stay here! There was something for everyone!Shower: awesome pressure and hot waterAir conditioning: worked great and kept the house very comfortable.

Great touch delivering breakfast. We enjoyed not having to think about that! It was a nice easy walk for the family to the main attractions. Everything was great! Vrbo was clean and quiet. Thank you so much!

This is an older cottage but was clean and close to the Falls. The owner was very responsive as well. The bedrooms upstairs were initially warm but if you open the bathroom doors and leave the bedroom doors open, or at least cracked, it’s fine. The bedroom downstairs was very cool and one of the bedrooms had a fan. The only issue we had was we couldn’t figure out how to use the TV, there were no instructions and it was too late to contact the owner. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced and good location then this is it. John also provided breakfast every morning

Cozy and clean with a welcoming host. Breakfast felt fresh and satisfying. We even received complimentary upgrades twice, and when our car broke down, he let us stay past check-out. Highly recommend!

Nice little house and easy to get to however the listing is not accurate and there were some cleaning issues; 2 of the 3 beds are full and not queen size, there is one bathroom and it is upstairs which was unclear from the listing description, the TV is broken at the top and also has no services or any way to connect to anything, the photo of the living room provided in the description is not the furniture that was present when we checked in - no couch with chaise - only a small love seat and chair, there is no grill outside on the patio and the patio umbrella is broken, and there were hairs all over the downstairs bed and sheets as well as sticky surfaces throughout - would suggest hiring a better cleaning crew for future guests.

Above and beyond host!

Extremely impressed with our stay! John was very accommodating, thoughtful and easy to contact. Great location (close to Clifton and all the attractions) and delicious fresh and hot breakfast. Would definitely stay again!

Great location!

Had a great time! The host brought us a great breakfast everyday that had something for everyone! Location was great! We could walk to all the activities.

Cute, clean, convenient

This house was perfect for us for a few days at Christmas time. The breakfast was amazing! It was very nice to have a full kitchen and our own space for the holiday. We could easily walk to restaurants and shops and get around town. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Delivered breakfast each morning, big plus.

John was a nice friendly host, was easy to communicate with and I feel goes above and beyond to serve a good breakfast each morning of our stay. Would definitely recommend the Rental, good location within 15 minute walk tofalls area

Great Spot!

Everything was exactly as advertised, short walk to falls, nice and clean. Great A/C that kept us nice and cool at night despite hot, hot weather. Awesome breakfast as well!

Small but comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay here while being tourists on the Canadian side of the falls. It's close to everything, but out of the super-busy areas. It was the perfect size for our family of 4, and the breakfast every morning was a wonderful bonus. The house was clean and in good condition. We would definitely stay there again.

Cute home, close to Clifton Hill area

Super cute home within short walk to Clifton Hill and the falls. John was a great host and made the yummiest breakfast each day for us. Highly recommend saying here if you are looking for something within walking distance to everything.

Good location

The property is in a very quiet road, close to everything so there's no need to use the car once parked. There's a small deck area outside which was a bonus and the delivered breakfasts were enjoyed by everyone.

Wonderful Vacation Home Close to Niagara Falls

Everything about the house was as advertised or better. Checkin was a breeze, everything was clean and ready when we arrived. The house is ridiculously close, well within walking distance to all the attractions around Niagara Falls. If that wasn’t enough, John brought a very delicious breakfast every morning. Highly, highly recommend this property

Location!

The location is great! The host brought us hot breakfast every morning, nice touch! We had one small issue we didn't even know about, the host found out, fixed it, and let us know before we even knew there was a problem. Highly recommend you give this property a chance!

Would stay here again :)

The house was clean, comfy and stocked nicely, a bit smaller than we thought but still suited our family of 4(2 adults, 2 kids) perfectly. The host was fantastic as he brought us breakfast every morning at 9am! The location was great and only a few minutes walk to the attractions but I don't recommend walking back to the house after dark, take your car and pay the 10 for all day parking, well worth it. Overall great value for the money and we would def stay there again :) Thank you
