The Space:

Welcome to Gorge Getaway, the lower level of our fully renovated home at 720 Park Place.



• 3 Bedrooms - each with a comfortable queen bed, dresser, side table and lamp

• Living room - sofa bed for extra guests and a brand-new 65-inch Smart TV

• Full kitchen - fridge, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes and utensils

• Dining area - table seating for the group

• 1 full bathroom - stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and a hair dryer

• New A/C and heating, fresh flooring, window coverings and artwork throughout



Sleeps up to 8 guests (6 in the bedrooms + 2 on the sofa bed). Travelling with a bigger group? The upper-level apartment can also be booked, or book the whole house for up to 14 guests.



Guest Access:

You will have the entire lower-level apartment to yourself, with its own separate entrance. The upper level is a separate apartment with its own entrance; the interior connecting door between the two units stays closed and locked when they are booked separately. Free parking is available on the property, including a large parking area at the back.

Located in a residential neighborhood of Niagara Falls, New York, just minutes from Niagara Falls State Park, the Rainbow Bridge to Canada, Seneca Niagara Casino, restaurants, cafes and shopping.

Free parking is available on the property, including a large parking area at the back. Niagara Falls State Park, the Rainbow Bridge and downtown restaurants are only a few minutes away by car.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must be 21 or older to book. No smoking, no parties or events, and no pets. The number of guests staying must match the reservation. We kindly ask that you share a little about yourself and the purpose of your trip when booking so we can make sure the home is a great fit for your stay.
