It’s a short 10 mins walk to the Falls and the veranda and front windows all have a view of the Niagara River & Gorge. The Falls, Casino Niagara, Clifton Hill and many other attractions are within a 10-minute walk. Shopping and pharmacies are also just a short walk away. Enjoy entire house with your family and friends.
There are totally over 1800sf of the whole house. The home comfortably sleeps 9 persons in a total of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are huge living area and dining area in main flooring. The home is centrally heated and central air-conditioned.
Built in 1912, this bright and airy home is typical of the Arts and Craft architectural period with large oak baseboards, hardwood floors, natural oak window and door moldings, leaded glass windows, interior arches, and front porch vestibule. These treasured characteristics have been lovingly restored to their original glory.
