The room was very clean, Jay was a great host with amazing communication and the location was just as close as described and made for a great walk down to the days events no matter what we were doing. Highly recommend for couples looking for somewhere cozy with easy access to the entire town!

Very nice studio for a couple. I loved the shower and the pressure of the water, has ac/fan and a good size fridge & microwave, and sink. Literally so close to the Clifton hill adventure area 6-10 min walk. Didn’t have to pay for parking just left our car in the driveway and walked everywhere with the help of the WEGO bus. The host was very attentive. The bed mattress is a bit on the stiffer side, but for two nights I handled it but that’s just me, otherwise the pillows and blanket were soft and lovely to cozy up on.

Great Stay!

Relaxing and neat

It is very quiet and welcoming. Just right for 2 people. Looked and smelled great. It was inviting, and cozy home away from home.

New Year's at Niagara

We had a fantastic time. Jay was a wonderful host, and the location was fantastic! A short 15 minute walk to be right where all the action is, but a quiet peaceful place to come back to, away from the crowds. Must see the fireworks over the falls!

Excellent location and our host was very helpful and responsive to any issues (brief power cut)

Excellent Property

The property is in a very quiet neighborhood and about 10 minute walk, if that, to all the major Niagara attractions. My wife and I walked almost everywhere we wanted to go to. The downtown Niagara area, also close by, is a great place to eat off the tourist path.

Perfect location!

Owner gave excellent instructions, making parking and entering property easy. It was an easy walk to the Falls and the Rainbow Bridge.

Awesome experience!

We very much enjoyed our trip, and if we were to do this again we would choose Jay’s again. We were fairly close to all of the activities we wanted to do and did a bit of exploring as well. Thank you Jay! We appreciate everything!

Cozy getaway in Niagara Falls

Fantastic location, easily walkable to the Falls. We walked everywhere and felt very safe at all times. Very quiet neighborhood, studio space, comfy bed, bathroom is small but sufficient. Jay was a wonderful host, making sure we got in without issues. He met us upon arrival and provided directions and answered all our questions. Thank you, Jay!

Would definitely recommend

Upon arrival the first thing i noticed was how clean the location was. Everything was profided, even some juice and water in the mini fridge :) the location was great! Close to walk most places, but also away from the hussle and bussle. I had such a great time enjoying the sites and beautiful falls. It was quiet and relaxing 😌 i would definitely recommend this location to friends and damiky. Thank you for your hospitality!!! Cheers
