The host was very responsive. The house was perfect for our family of five and dog. House has everything you need for your stay and is very comfortable. Very close to everything, minutes to everywhere you want to go. Parking in both front and back of house. Fenced yard good for larger dogs, recommend smaller dogs stay on leash.

To be fair I did read the reviews before booking & knew that the neighborhood was not the best. Several homes on the street seemed abandoned & there was not a lot of people so it felt a little creepy. We never felt scared, but definitely did not hang outside. The casino was in walking distance, but we didn’t feel safe to do so, especially after dark.The home was very convenient to drive over Rainbow Bridge to Canada.Check in/out was very easy & Louis recommended several places to eat. However, since we spent all of our time in Canada we were not able to try any of them. The house is old & the floors are uneven, but that is expected due to the age of the house. Overall the house itself was fine, beds were comfortable, & kitchen was clean.

We had such a fun family trip to Niagara Falls and this house was perfect for what we needed. We were on vacation with two parents in their 80's and we needed the accessible downstairs bedroom and bathroom with handrails. There were no other properties near the Falls that had these available. We were able to walk to everything, and my parents rented mobility scooters and went everywhere with us. If you are nervous about the area, it is not the best, but no where this close to the falls is. We felt perfectly safe as long as we kept our vehicles locked and the home locked at night. We didn't have any problems and there is a strong police presence in the area. I would recommend this home for families who are looking to spend time together in one space as opposed to in a hotel.

This is a cozy house in a family neighborhood, kids playing in the street, very homey, And walking distance to the Falls, so we didn't have to pay for parking. We only stayed one night but had a nice time. The host gave us lots of recommendations for nearby food and fun.

This property fit our needs perfectly! 4 bedrooms, walking distance to everything and great tips from the host! Communication was great!! I didn’t pay attention to outside space when booking but yard was large enough for lawn games and fenced in for small kids or pets!

Family trip to Niagara Falls

The host was very helpful. The location was great, we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The two bedrooms and full bath on the first floor were just what we needed. The neighborhood was a little run down, but the people were very friendly, we never felt unsafe. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean house, great location

Spent 2 nights visiting niagara falls and this house had everything we needed and was walking distance to american side, with easy access to Canadian side. Host was very helpful with dining and activity recommendations. Would stay here again

Good house

The house is cute, clean and is set up nicely. Nothing bad to say about the house at all!! The host communicated very well and was prompt and very helpful! The neighborhood is less than desired, but the entire Niagara Falls area is not really the best, so it took us by surprise. I would recommend staying here, just don't judge the house by its surroundings....

Not a good experience

We didn’t stay or even unload our luggage. Was in house 5 minutes and had to leave due to a pungent urine smell. The neighborhood was very sketchy. I texted the host and he was very apologetic and offered to clean and sanitize. Offered full refund then next day offered our stay for the rest of our trip for free. There was no way that smell would be gone over night so we declined his offer. We had to scramble to get a night at a hotel then was able to secure that same hotel for the rest of our stay. Overall, the host was extremely cooperative and did all he could to try to save our vacation. However, we did not feel safe in the neighborhood nor could we get past the smell or uncleanliness.
