This was our first experience with VRBO and it was amazing. The house was perfect for our family of seven (2 parents and college age kids). It was extremely clean and every room appeared to have recent updates. The location was just a few blocks away from Clifton Hill. The host was very responsive and followed up with us during our stay. It was a great experience!

It was a pleasant stay. Owner Jas was approachable any time and responded quickly. Home was extremely clean and equipped with top class equipment. One suggestion is to add a high chair and more plates/bowls/pans for families.

Great location within walking distance to Clifton Hill and the Falls. The beds were comfortable, with clean sheets and towels. Communication with Jas was excellent — easy to connect with and very accommodating, including allowing us early access before the usual 4pm check-in, which helped us a lot. The kitchen was well stocked for a home-cooked meal, and the water bottles, soft drinks, and chips were a very thoughtful touch. Would definitely recommend to others.

The house had plenty of room and is only a 10 minute walk to Clifton Hill and the Falls. The beds were super soft(not my preference but the kids slept great) and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you’d need. Jas was very quick to respond and left a very nice gift basket with snacks for us.

Great host, felt very welcomed upon arriving as host had left some welcome snacks and beverages. House was clean and inviting and loved that we could sit outside on patio after a long day of tourist attractions. Perfect location for walking to the falls.

If you're looking for a great place to stay in Clifton Hill, Jas's place is the one to pick. Close to everything, totally walkable to the Falls, safe neighborhood, accurate listing, spacious and clean. Jas was an excellent host, very attentive. I highly recommend you book with him, especially if you want to be close to the action.

The house was clean, parking super easy/ with a driveway. Good location if you want to be walking distance to Clifton Hills area. Other than that I wasn’t crazy about the location, across from a factory, which of course they can’t do anything about. The host was very responsive.

Everything was as it was described, including check-in. What was unexpected was the complimentary refreshments and snacks, and a couple special items for my wife's birthday (which I did mention to the host). That was an incredibly thoughtful and welcoming bonus. The bed was incredibly comfortable and so was the living room for hanging out. Beautiful back deck and yard. The location is perfect for visiting the falls: it is 10 minutes to the center of everything on Clifton Hill but the property is just outside the tourist zone so it is quiet and local.

Feels like sweet home

The place was clean, well-furnished, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was responsive and provided helpful local tips, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free.
