We stayed for two nights and we had a great time. It is a nice property tucked in a quiet part of NOTL but not too far from downtown with great dining options with special mention to the chef and staff of Oaklands Restaurant where we had our dinner on the first night! Every dish was thoughtfully made and our server helped us out in picking the right wine to pair! There is also ample walking/biking trails for those who like to immerse in the outdoors, surrounded by the beautiful views of the vineyards and nature. Last but definitely not the least, the free wine tasting at Peller Estates was a welcome treat that we did not expect.

May 2024 - The staff was professional and welcoming. The place is very quiet and the rooms are so nice! Easy free parking right in front of the hotel. The terrasse was lovely and the food is truly amazing. Walkable distance from Peller estates.

This beautiful old, meticulously restored boutique hotels sets surrounded by vineyards just at the final river bend, where the niagara river flows into Lake Ontario. It is in every way a classic. Loved the care and pride of the staff and the beautiful details everywhere. I would have preferred a few less expensive meal options, but well orth it to eat from real china and glassware, with farm-to-table fresh food. No plastic anywhere!!!! What a blessing!!!!

It’s a beautiful property. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful.Because we visited in a “shoulder season” the dining room was only open for breakfast not supper. It’s walking distance to Peller Estates and winery and on the Niagara Parkway.

Absolutely beautiful Inn, the staff was very friendly. My only issue was it was supposed to be a “Bed and Breakfast” but if you want breakfast you have to pay. I checked the menu and it was pretty expensive so we went somewhere else for our breakfast, it’s a shame because it’s such a great Inn. I would suggest adding complementary scones, muffins or even donuts with coffee & tea.

We really enjoyed our stay at Riverband. The room was large with a great view of the vineyard. The bed was comfortable. Excellent breakfast in the restaurant. This was our first time staying at this property and we will definitely be back.

The staff during our stay was next level! Very polite and accommodating to my party needs & myself. The property was beautiful in many ways, very few noticeable issues on the premises. Our bathroom mirror was MDF and was pealing/ bubbled and the beautiful antique piano outside our room could use refinishing. My girlfriend did take her finger and check the cleanliness of furniture and discovered dust on top of the armoire and corner of the bedroom. I personally found the room clean to my liking but if you are particular it might bother you. My only major disappointment was the dining room being closed for lunch and dinner! We stayed two nights and would have enjoyed it for one lunch and one dinner (maybe late night cocktails as well). It made it very inconvenient considering we were not in walking distance to anything else. I was also told it was closed close to our visit so it made changing locations more difficult. We stayed in room 104 and honestly I really did enjoy the beauty of the hotel and the staff. Having bottles of wine in the room with the warm fireplace was a nice touch too! I will stay again but only if the dinning room stays open, some nights its nice to stay warm and close to your room. If we had had that luxury i would have given 5 stars. This hotel as well is not very accessible, lots of stairs so if you have trouble ask for first floor. Thank you again to the lovely staff! Rebecca from the front desk made me feel special and provided diamond star service!

Like the Inn was located on a property with a vineyard. However our room was dated and in need of updating - from the bathroom to the bed linens which may have been great quality at one time, but ours were rough and piled. Our room was also located at the top of the entry stairs and regardless of time people didnt feel they needed to be quiet, especially on the Saturday night. The room we selected had listed a vineyard view, this was only possible if we stood on the small porch, which is also in need of repair and looked left - which I would call a stretch for a vineyard view

The Riverbend Inn was adorable! Went for a mother daughter weekend and had the best time. Was welcomed with a glass of bubbly and a charcuterie board. Rachel was amazing! She organized a shuttle for us to the winery, gave us information about the history of the inn and was a pleasure to chat with. Will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at the property, everyone there was so nice. Although an older house, the rooms still felt modern and up to date. You get a free tasting at peller and stunning views. There were a few dead flies in the room but no biggie. Wonderful time and would recommend!
