Short stay but great place

I appreciated the general cleanliness of the house and the comfortable beds and clean linens. Thanks for the laundry detergent and machine.I would recommend several things: clean the outsides of both front and back doors—very grimy and first impressions are important, plus wash the windows. Put white shelf paper in the kitchen cabinets and drawers—putting dishes on the shelf and silver on the drawer wood after a time makes the wood gummy and dirty. Thirdly, repair uneven front walk and steps. I know you’re not “selling” the house, but these three areas encourage the tenants to think that the rest of the house and the living conditions are well maintained.I did not leave early because of any of this—I fell on my morning walk and broke my right wrist and left arm so had to head home.

Fantastic rental for a small group. 6 adults for a winery weekend. House is spacious and clean. Location is ideal. Large driveway and rear deck. Highly recommend this rental.

Perfect Location

Loved this house and location. We would love to stay again. Kitchen & Living area was wonderful for staying in, cooking, and just relaxing. Checking in was very easy and although we only had one vehicle there was plenty of parking. All the rooms were a good size and there was also a finished basement.

NOTL Stay

Spacious, clean, bright and comfortable. Appliances were very good. Roomy bedrooms. We had two 90 seniors with us and found the home very manageable for them. Bathrooms do not work for walkers.

Sasson is Superb

Spotless comfort, perfect location. Easily walked where we wanted to go, large driveway with free parking for the car which we used for longer outings to adjacent towns. The bedrooms were very comfortable. Living room and dining area pure luxury with fireplace and cozy seating. We would stay again.

The beds were extremely comfortable and beautifully clean sheets. Some fruit juice or water glasses, a bigger teapot and some mugs would be small things to provide. Some brightly coloured cushions would make the living room feel more comfy. Thank you for a great trip to Niagara on the Lake .

Great girls trip

We had a wonderful stay. House was amazing and the location couldn’t have been better. Was able to walk to town and most restaurants. The only suggestion I have is there should be TVs in all bedrooms.

Wonderful. Well kept. Perfect for three couples. Back yard is peaceful for morning coffee and evening drinks! Good shower pressure! Washer/dryer came in handy! Kitchen well equipped.

R&R in NOTL

Loved the location - 2 blocks to all the shops and restaurants, and short drives to vineyards, and Niagara Falls. Great bungalow with open floor plan for kitchen, dining room, living/TV room. King bed room has private 3 pc bathroom and TV, queen room has the little chaise, and shares the main bathroom with the twin bed room on the main floor. Beds were comfortable, we slept well! Basement has a huge open room, and another 3 pc bathroom. Back deck has a nice sitting area and dining table with umbrella and BBQ. Everything to create your own special getaway. Roku setup on main tv was handy to connect to Netflix etc and recharge with a movie after a day of exploring.

Such a great house. Nice deck to visit on. Plenty of parking. Brief walk to downtown Niagara-on-The-Lake. Clean home, comfy beds and furniture, and a great value. Kitchen supplies ample. I highly recommend this rental.

Wonderful Accommodations

All went smoothly, communications from booking to arrival were thorough and timely. The house was exactly as shown and it was very convenient to walk everywhere (except the wineries). Great neighborhood, very charming, we were comfortable and relaxed. We highly recommend this property for anyone wanting to visit the area.
