Apartamento con espectaculares vistas al mar frente al Promenade Des Anglais en Niza

El apartamento está en el primer piso del distintivo edificio Vague Bleue en el Nice Promenade des Anglais con su propio balcón que ofrece una impresionante vista panorámica al mar de la famosa Baie des Anges.

El acceso desde y hacia el aeropuerto de Nice Côte D'Azur no podría ser más fácil tomando el tranvía de la línea 2 que se detiene en el Hospital Lenval o Magnan, justo detrás del apartamento. También puede tomar el tranvía directo a la Place Masséna y la zona comercial Jean Médecin en el centro de Niza, con una fácil conexión con el casco antiguo, la Place Garibaldi y las zonas del puerto.

Mientras que el aeropuerto está a un corto trayecto en tranvía o taxi, el no. 12 autobuses de Magnan lo llevarán hacia o desde la estación principal de trenes de Niza con acceso rápido en TGV a Provenza, París o Italia. Otros autobuses que paran en el paseo marítimo lo llevarán a Cannes, Antibes, Cap Ferrat o Mónaco a lo largo de la costa, o hasta St Paul, Vence o Grasse en las colinas. No hay necesidad de un automóvil en Niza, ya que el sistema de transporte es uno de los mejores y más baratos de Europa.

Nada simboliza Niza más que la Promenade des Anglais. Esta línea de 3 km de apartamentos orientados al sur se extiende a lo largo de la amplia playa pública desde el hotel Radisson Blu hasta el hotel Negresco. Justo al norte de aquí se encuentra Carré d'Or, la zona residencial más lujosa de la ciudad, y Place Masséna, el corazón geográfico de la ciudad.

Al otro lado de la calle desde el apartamento se encuentra el Cocoon Beach Club and Restaurant, donde puede almorzar o ducharse después de un rápido baño en el mar o alquilar una tumbona para una siesta. También tiene una zona de juegos infantiles.

Aunque puede caminar hasta la Place Masséna y el casco antiguo en 25 minutos, la nueva línea de tranvía lo llevará en minutos sin demoras. También hay una parada de taxis en Magnan y Uber ofrece un excelente servicio en Niza con una gran cantidad de conductores. El área local también tiene una serie de restaurantes, panaderías, pastelerías y supermercados si no tiene ganas de pasear más lejos.

A tiro de piedra se encuentran dos de los museos de arte más interesantes de Niza, el Musée Des Beaux Art, con su gran colección de pinturas de Dufy y Bonnard, y el Musée de L'art Naif con su colección única de obras de pintores como Rousseau y Grandma Moses. .

Recientemente redecorado, el apartamento dispone de aire acondicionado con doble acristalamiento y persianas eléctricas que garantizan una noche de sueño reparador.

Hay dos habitaciones grandes, una con una cama king size doble y la otra con dos camas individuales. Cada habitación tiene un gran armario doble con cajones y un gran armario empotrado con estantes. El dormitorio principal tiene baño.

Hay dos baños de buen tamaño, ambos con azulejos de travertino italiano y ambos con cabina de ducha Hansgrohe, toallero eléctrico, espejo de pared retroiluminado, espejo de aumento, secador de pelo, lavabo e inodoro. Además, el segundo baño tiene una bañera con ducha de mano.

La cocina está totalmente equipada con lavavajillas, lavadora, horno, vitrocerámica y microondas.

El apartamento cuenta con Wi-Fi en todas las habitaciones, un televisor Sony HD con reproductor de Blu Ray y sonido envolvente de alta fidelidad y una amplia variedad de TV por satélite para incluir canales franceses, alemanes, italianos y británicos.

Además, los huéspedes tienen acceso especial a través de un corredor privado al edificio Palais Doria detrás, donde hay una excelente pastelería y cafetería en la Avenida de la Californie. A helping hand

We loved this property from the moment we saw it in the ad. A medical emergency required serious attention and we called Jenny our hostess. She was an angel and helped us through a very difficult situ due to translation issues. Its in a great location. Parking, laundromat, bakery, grocery store, and pharmacy.

Well equipped apartment in excellent location

This apartment is in an excellent location with lovely views of the sea & Promenade des Anglais. The tram stop is just a few minutes away making it easy to get around especially to the old town, port & airport. You can also take a lovely long walk along the Promenade des Anglais to get to the old town. There are supermarkets nearby and the kitchen is well equipped to cook. A number of restaurants, cafes & patisseries are also nearby. The property managers are very helpful and responsive. We had a comfortable stay and would definitely recommend this apartment.

Amazing view

The apartment is well located and offers an amazing view. Its proximity to the tram makes all parts of Nice very accessible. The apartment is well appointed in the owner provides everything you need for your stay, including a washing machine with the soap needed to make several loads. We will definitely consider this apartment for our next day and Nice.

Beautiful apartment amazing view

Great stay at this lovely apartment with a beautiful view. Communication with the owner and the girls who checked us in was excellent and we were given lots of ideas of where to visit during our stay. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable! It’s a fair walk into town but the tram at the back of the apartment was frequent, quick and cheap. We loved our stay here and will definitely return.

Beautiful apartment, wonderful location

This was our second time to Nice! This apartment allowed us to swim in the Cote D Azure every day. We just walked across the street and jumped in. Umbrellas were made available in the condo to use on the beach, which was very helpful in July. The Cocoon Beach Club is less than a block away as well, you can rent chairs and order from the restaurant. The apartment was lovely, so comfortable and beautiful. Air Conditioning in all rooms and automatic window shades help to keep it cool and provide light blackout when sleeping. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and some local chips to enjoy. Access to the metro is just outside the back entrance, quick and easy transport to old town. The apartment is on the first floor (not ground) and we never needed the elevator. We enjoyed the balcony and people-watching. This rental is great for 4 people, two couples, or a couple with children. It's quiet, comfortable, and a great place to return to after daily excursions. We loved it!

Amazing stay in Nice!!!

We recently spent 8 nights at this lovely apartment in Nice and had an incredibly comfortable stay. Communication was fantastic and we were able to store our bags in the apartment for a few hours while it was being cleaned due to an early arrival. With two teenagers in tow, we appreciated the separate beds in the second bedroom, the second bathroom and of course, being able to do laundry in the unit as needed! We loved the cocoon beach club across the street and enjoyed our walks into old town each night. My husband appreciated having a fitness club next door and close access to the tram. Overall we had a wonderful stay and I would recommend it to anyone.

Another fantastic stay here. The view is a memory that will stay with me forever. Love the location pop out the front and you are on the beach, we went for an evening dip in the sea after a busy day Pop out the Back and easy access to the tram although we also used Magnan and visited the local bistro of the same name. Thanks for an enjoyable stay in great apartment

Beautiful apartment in Nice

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment. It is the perfect location and has such a gorgeous view of the promenade. We stayed with our two teenage sons. Plenty of room for all of us. The tram is conveniently right behind the building. Jenny and Elena were extremely helpful and answered any questions we had promptly. Check in & out was also very easy. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our stay so amazing & memorable.

Absolutely spectacular view! While the Promenade is noisy, the doors do a great job at shutting out the noise. Communication with the owner & the manager (Jenny) was fantastic. Great amenities and the welcome package was appreciated too! The tram is extremely convenient & easy to use. And walking the Promenade was beautiful. Will definitely come back if we find ourselves in Nice again.

Awesome in Every Way

This is the perfect apartment in every way: pre-arrival communication, check-in procedure, the quality of every aspect of the amenities, location, and check-out. The convenience of the location is incredible. Out the front door you have quick access to the wonderful Promenade des Anglais (you can walk to Old Town in 30-40 minutes) and the beach. While out the rear access you are within steps of a tram stop to ride into town. Our only issue is the price is listed in British pounds. We have rented many VRBOs in Europe and the price has always been in Euros. While my bad for not noticing this, but I do think it is misleading. We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment for a stay in Nice.

Beautiful apartment in a great location

The property exceeded our expectations with respect to size, amenities, location, etc. The only minor drawback was the traffic in the front. During the day it was quite busy and being on the second floor you have some road noise. If you can live with that, the view is amazing.

Girls Ciy Break

The property is beautiful, large and well equipped (only thing missing was wine glasses!) The rooms are all good sizes and two bathrooms was a must for four women! The Promenade view is lovely, although sitting on the balcony and chatting was a little difficult because of the road noise. Its quite a walk into old town which is where all the restaurants etc are but the tram system, which you can access from the back of the building is excellent - easy to use and very reasonably priced. Jenny who met us at the apartment to check in was great, very friendly and informative and took time to show us everything we needed. We had a fantastic 4 nights in Nice and would totally recommend it!

Lovely apartment in Nice.

We had 4 nights in this lovely apartment. From start to finish nothing was too much trouble from the apartment manager. Very well appointed 2 bedroom,2 bathroom apartment with washing machine which we really appreciated. The view was absolutely beautiful.Loved eating our breakfast on the balcony.Decor is fresh and nothing else needed for a memorable stay. We would definitely stay again If in Nice. Highly recommended.

Nice Summer of 2023

The apartment was just as described and was clean and well appointed. Communication prior to our trip was top notch and Jenny greeted us right as we arrived to show us around. The apartment is right on the Promenade Des Anglais which is a busy street but that's the sacrifice for that amazing view and easy access to the beach. The apartment is very light and airy and with the French doors open at the front and back, you can get a very nice breeze. With the doors closed the street noise is blocked out and the air conditioning does an excellent job of keeping things cool (along with the shades). Groceries, a bakery and a couple of restaurants are steps away and the tram is an easy ride to the old part of town. We enjoyed taking the tram to the middle of town and then strolling back along the promenade as the sun set each evening. Great apartment with a great location and excellent communication with the owner and his managers!

Really Lovely apartment

We stayed 5 days in July. The apartment was nice, clean and spacius. Perfect with AC, good beds and Window blinds. Easy with tram to airport and Down town Nice. Kitchen very Well equiped. There was a big old water damage on the wall in the big sleeping room (from neighbour’s kitchen) and it would have been much appriciated to have known this before we arrived. Therefore 4 stars.
