  • Our apartment can be your home away from home. It is a welcoming relaxing domicile for short or long term visits. 15m2 balcony to watch the sun rise and set. All amenities within a short walk. 4 x glassed windows and doors on street side. Wake up to the sound of the sea! 106cm flatscreen TV mounted on the wall with 180° turntable. Close to countless restaurants, shops, public transportation, and a walk to the Hippodrome, the Cote d'Azur's Horse Racetrack. 5 km to Nice Airport. Attraction is the residents only huge pool located just behind the building, a seldom luxury on the Riviera! Short drive to Antibes, Monaco, Antibesland, Marineland. Enjoy the huge pool, or sit on the beach across the street. Wine and dine from your very own balcony. Free WIFI, and DVD, and now NEW Engish channel box. . 2 balcony loungers. Large pool opened from June-September. Parking on the street in front of and beside that apartment for 1€ half days and 2 € full days available.

Compact apartment with beautiful sea views

Well appointed with everything we needed for our short trip. Perfect for what we were looking for. The main road is busy but the double glazing provided excellent protection from the noise. We were very pleased to have air conditioning, loved being so close to the beach and we felt very safe and secure.

Family holiday

We had the most amazing holiday. The apartment was spotless with everything we could have needed. Francois was there to meet us and explain everything very friendly. We went to Nice for the day. Visited Antibis a town near Cas sur Mer. The beach was literally on our door step.

Die Lage am Strand ist top. Die Aussicht ist so wie auf dem Foto. Der Bahnhof ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Der Ort hat mir nicht so gut gefallen. Ich war allerdings den ganzen Tag in anderen Orten unterwegs und habe in der Unterkunft nicht gegessen. Die Ausstattung dafür war aber vorhanden.

The condo was fantastic. We were greeted and shown around upon arrival. The condo is directly above a Lebanese restraint which was excellent. There are many restraints and cafes in walking distance. The viewers from the condo are spectacular. We didn’t rent a car and choose to walk and use the train which was a short walk from the unit. Day trips into Nice and Antibbes were very easy and inexpensive. Mostly though we loved strolling along the promenade and stopping for lunch, a drink, coffee. It was wonderful.

It was first class service from start to finish. We were picked up at the airport and given a quick tour when we got to the apartment. It was everything the description mentioned, and the reviews stated. As some have mentioned the street in front of the apartment is relatively busy, but there is a promenade with a bike and a walking path that will take you as far as you choose to go. The apartment is a short walk from the train station, which, with a little practice was pretty easy to navigate. There are good food options in every town and no shortage of sites to see. The blackout blinds were a big plus for us to shield us from the street lights when it was time for bed. The double doors definitely help soften the street sounds as well.

Constat suite à séjour à Cagne sur Mer. Points Négatifs. Sale d’eau et Wc , plafond et porte insalubre , peintures qui s’écaille et tombes au sol . Mobilier et éclairage sale d’eau , très mauvais état. Chambre idem pour le plafond et une partie des murs . Salons, sale à manger, les chaises sont en très mauvais état , ( les assises ne tiennent plus ) ainsi que la banquette ou l’assise et défoncée. Des poufs , sont aussi en mauvais état, les couvercles ne tiennent plus . La cuisine elle, reste correct avec tous le nécessaire , sauf que l’intérieur des poiles sont aussi en très mauvais état. Globalement, l’appartement dispose d’un belle emplacement face à la Mer et à deux pas de la plage . Malheureusement, de part sa vétusté cela gâche notre satisfaction, d’autant que ce dernier reste très bruyant du fait de la chaussée à double voies et les restaurants qui ce trouvent juste au dessous , voir jusqu’aux beaux milieu de la nuit . Cette appartement ne dispose pas de Parking , alors que sur l’annonce, il est spécifier avec Parking…. Dommage, car le site reste très sympathique . Globalement, je ne recommanderais pas cette appartement pour les divers raisons évoquées .

Wir waren 3 Nächte in dieser Ferienwohnung. Mit der Besitzerin Barbara standen wir im freundlichen Email-Verkehr und sie hat sich bemüht uns alle unsere Fragen zu beantworten. Leider wurden wir von einer anderen Dame bei der Wohnung begrüsst. Sie konnte nur französisch, kein einziges Wort Englisch und auch sonst war sie leider gar nicht freundlich oder zuvorkommend. Sie wollte uns z.B. nicht zeigen wo sich der Pool befindet. Auch der, in der Beschreibung erwähnte Babystuhl befand sich nicht in der Wohnung. Die Dame sagte dazu nur: "No" und ging dann. Daraufhin kontaktierte ich Barbara, die dann wohl einen organisierte. Dieser stand dann am Abend in der Wohnung. Er war schmutzig so dass ich ihn erst mal putzen musste und es steckte ein Angelhaken im Sitzkissen! Sehr gefährlich für mein Baby! Auch die Grösse dieses Stuhls liess zu wünschen übrig, er war ca. 40cm hoch und der Esstisch ist so hoch wie eine Bar. Wir mussten also alle am Stubentisch essen und konnten nicht auf dem Balkon speisen. Die Wohnung war ansonsten sauber und es hatte alles was man braucht, bis auf Toilettenpapier (war nur 1 Rolle da), das mussten wir nachkaufen. Die Aussicht ist top und auch der Pool ist sauber und ordentlich. Nachts war es sehr laut. Nicht die Strasse sondern Nachbarn hämmerten und bohrten. Das war nicht sehr angenehm. Alles in allem war es ok. Wir hatten für diesen Preis schon schlechtere Ferienwohnungen aber definitiv auch schon bessere!

Fin størrelse lejlighed og god beliggenhed. Var indrettet med højt spisebord og højt havebord med tilsvarende stole. Svært at finde hvile i sådanne møbler, ihvertfald når man er 50 år+. Vaskemaskinen skulle ofte genstartes - burde nok udskiftes. Central beliggende og alt i alt ok.

Belle location bien placée, bien équipée, face mer. Seul bémol; très bruyant( prévoir des bouchons d'oreilles !): La route et les restos au pied de l'immeuble....

Memorable Holiday!

Our reservation with Barb, was not without it’s issues last year when we booked .. as we were not sure we would make it to France on Amber plus? Barb was very understanding as we were not sure if we may have to cancel due to more UK and French restrictions. So pleased we made it to beautiful Cagnes sur Mer and Barb’s apartment. Barb’s friend collected us from Gare Cagnes sur Mer which was helpful and returned us at the end of our stay. As we asked for this service we paid for the return fare and really appreciated the help. Thank you. The view from the terrace was amazing especially the sunrise at 6.45 and made all our efforts to get here worth it. The apartment was well equipped. The Queen bed was very comfortable. The weather was a complete change to constant rain in the UK… we started to unwind immediately. Constant sunshine! The Navette bus below the apartment ran from 10.00 until 18.00 free of charge and we used this to go to Carrefour City for our food shopping. The swimming pool and gardens are kept in great condition and the life guard is very strict about pool restrictions which was very reassuring. We felt safe within the complex as all the entrance gates needed a key fob. The beaches were not too busy for August and we did not mind the stone beach ( just remember the beach shoes). We found the prices in the restaurants very reasonable and we enjoyed the food in the Lebanon restaurant underneath the apartment. Very friendly proprietors. It could get noisy from our terrace as customers enjoyed themselves but we had double glazed windows. We visited the Hippodrome race course 5 minutes away for a Special event and enjoyed the atmosphere. Entry 5 euros or €2.50 for over 60’s. Book the restaurants in advance.. We booked The Paddock with a great view in the restaurant and €30 each for the help yourself (volonte) buffet. It was delicious and great value. We won a few races too. Have to wear masks and show your Covid health pass. Be aware that it is quite a walk to the race course once your inside the grounds if you do not have a car. We booked an Uber to collect us when the event ended at 22.00 (€9) as it was too far to walk back. We found the beach clubs reasonably priced too including lunch and the transats and parasol. Barb communicated well with any issues we had and was very helpful. We will return as soon as we can.. we had a great holiday. Thanks Barb.

Heerlijke vakantie!

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in Cagnes-sur-Mer! De communicatie met Barb ging, op een kleine miscommunicatie ten aanzien van het inchecken na, heel goed. Het appartement is zoals op de foto's, alles is aanwezig, tot toiletpapier en wasmiddel aan toe. Zwembad is top, maar weinig gebruik van gemaakt, als je de zee tegenover je hebt! Supermarkt en (goeie) bakker op loopafstand. De locatie is super, geweldig uitzicht, een levendige buurt en dus genoeg te zien vanaf het balkon! Het is wel een erg drukke weg en wij vonden de nachtwinkel helaas wel storend (auto's, harde muziek, veel klandizie..) Als je met de auto komt, houd er rekening mee dat het parkeren in het hoogseizoen een uitdaging kan zijn! Al met al hebben wij een supervakantie gehad!

Alloggio moderno in bel complesso residenziale e vista mare

L'alloggio è ben arredato (sopratutto la cucina) e pulito. Sono forniti le lenzuola/asciugamani ma anche teli da spiaggia e ombrellone. La piscina del residence è grande e ben tenuta. Dal balcone dell'alloggio si ha una bella vista sul mare. Abbiamo però trovato scomodo il tavolo alto - il tavolo aveva la stessa altezza della ringhiera del balcone. Ristoranti e negozi/ alimentari nella immediate vicinanze. Siamo stati ad agosto e consigliamo di prenotare anche un parcheggio all' interno del residence.

Agreable

Appartement agréable....suffisamment grand pour 4...les plus....la grande terrasse donc pièce de vie supplémentaire, draps, serviettes de bain et plage à disposition...quelques bémols.....réfrigérateur trop petit....climatisation fonctionne moyennement bien....le convertible inconfortable...TV ne fonctionne pas 15 jours de bonnes vacances quand même Merci

Beautiful oceanview

We had a nice stay in the appartement, that is located very central and close to both beach and a very nice pool. The appartement was nice and especially the balcony with a beautiful view to the beach and the street. We loved to relax here and watch people walking, running, skating, biking and driving by. All in all we had some great days, though we were a bit surprised that there was only bedlinen - and pillows - for 2 persons since we had booked for 3. One of us didn't sleep that well :-/ Also we needed some chairs on the balcony - here was only one, and that seemed as if it could break at any time. We took the liberty to use the indoor barstools on the balcony. Charlotte & daugthers

Fantastic location

The flat was in the perfect location. Seaside view and surrounded by lots of different restaurants and things to do. We were a family of three and my son slept on the pull out sofa in the lounge. We didn't use the pool because the beach was so much fun, but it looked clean and well kept. The apartment was also clean and had everything we needed, there was even some beers and water in the cupboard when we arrived which we replaced at the end of our stay. Communication with our host, Barbara was excellent even when we contacted her quite late in the evening. The only reason I have not given five stars was because the air con could not be controlled from the remote and needed to be switched on the the main circuit board (due to be fixed soon), we also couldn't get the TV to work but I didn't even try to resolve this as there was plenty of real life to watch from the balcony and there were a couple of broken chairs. All very minor things that didn't spoil our holiday at all. Wifi was good, which enabled us to book a couple of tours to see the sights. We would denfintely stay here again. Thanks so much Barbara.

Good location but apartment needs updating.

First impressions: compact well equipped kitchen, good satellite tv system and good sea views. Unfortunately, the apartment overall was tired and dated. Very uncomfortable settee, delapidated balcony furniture, very old threadbare bed linen, lumpy pillows and very old hard towels. The A/C remote control was broken and it could only be switched on and off by squeezing into a cupboard to reach an almost inaccessible switch. Also, the A/C unit, situated on the balcony leaked water into a bowl which had to be emptied every ten mins otherwise it flowed down into the restaurant below. In our opinion, this apt is not good value for money but for the location, and we have stayed in much better apartments in the area which did not cost as much. We will not be returning to this apartment.

Beau studio idéalement placé

Le studio correspond tout à fait à la description donnée. Très bien équipé. Idéalement situé. Comme annoncé, parking sur la voie publique où il faut parfois chercher (Haute saison) mais prix raisonnable (2€/jour). Superbe vue sur la mer. Superbe piscine dans la résidence gardée et très calme. Nous aurions mis 5 étoiles si nous n'avions pas été dérangés par le magasin de nuit du rez-de-chaussée. Propriétaire très attentive. Nous avons été reçus comme prévu alors que notre créneau horaire était assez large. Nous y retournerons volontiers.
