Welcome to your peaceful retreat, where your pets are just as welcome as you are, only 1.2 km from the charming artists' village of Saint-Paul de Vence. Nestled within beautifully landscaped gardens, this spacious Provençal villa combines comfort, privacy, and authentic southern French charm. Ideal for families, groups of friends, and their four-legged companions, it comfortably accommodates up to six guests. Up to two pets are welcome free of charge upon request.

The 175 m² villa is spread over two levels. Upstairs, you'll find three air-conditioned bedrooms: one with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), one with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), and a third with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). There are two bathrooms: one with both a bathtub and shower, and another with a walk-in shower, as well as a separate toilet.

On the ground floor, the spacious air-conditioned living room opens onto the dining area and lounge. The separate fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, cooktop, extractor hood, refrigerator, and a large American-style fridge-freezer with chilled water and ice dispenser.

A laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board is also available, along with a separate toilet.

The villa is perfectly suited to families and pet owners alike. A baby cot and playpen are provided, children can safely enjoy the spacious outdoor areas, while your pets will love relaxing in the large enclosed garden by your side. A television and high-speed Wi-Fi are available throughout the property.

At the front of the villa, you'll enjoy a large lawn, a pétanque court, and a shaded covered parking area for up to three vehicles. A secure electric gate provides easy access and extra peace of mind for families travelling with children or pets.

At the rear of the property, a private 9 x 4.5 metre swimming pool awaits, complete with a solar shower and surrounded by several beautifully furnished terraces and six sun loungers. The outdoor spaces offer complete privacy, making them the perfect place to soak up the Provençal sunshine. A barbecue and covered outdoor dining area invite you to enjoy delicious al fresco meals in a truly Mediterranean atmosphere.

For added convenience, the villa is equipped with a complimentary 22 kW electric vehicle charging station, as well as covered parking for up to three cars.

Bed linen and bath towels are included in the rental price.

Pets are genuinely welcome here. Up to two pets can stay free of charge upon request, so the whole family can enjoy a relaxing holiday together—without leaving anyone behind.

Because the neighbors are very close, parties are strictly forbidden in the property, outside guests are not accepted and it is not possible to make noise outside after 9:00 pm

Before your departure, please ensure that the dishes are clean and put away, and dispose of trash in the designated area as indicated during your check-in.
