Hotel bien ubicado en el centro, cerca de los lugares de interés de Niza. Personal amable y colaborador. El hotel es un poco viejo y necesita remodelación pero la habitación es amplia y comoda.

Los trabajadores del hotel fueron muy eficientes y profesionales además de amables , el desayuno es bastante bueno y el servicio de habitaciones (camas, limpieza) es muy bueno. Lo único que destacaria de forma negativa es la falta de cuidado que demostró el hotel al no arreglar un problema en el baño en 4 días

Struttura in pieno centro, molto comoda alla piazza centrale e al mare. Colazione extra troppo costosa, personale cortese ma poco attento alle esigenze del cliente compresa la difficoltà linguistica. Pulizia adeguata ma poco attenta ai dettagli (pezzi di vetro ritrovati all’inizio del soggiorno e subito segnalati, mai rimossi nei giorni successivi). Garage non sempre disponibile ma parcheggi in convenzione nelle vicinanze.

Needs a renovation.
The hotel was quiet. The breakfast was wonderful. But the water was lukewarm, AC was barely working, brown towels were like sandpaper, mold in the bath tub, bath fixtures were rusty. The location was great.

Nice staff and good location - in need of update
Very friendly reception staff and room was ready before time. Rooms and hotel in need of update. Room was pretty scruffy, same with bathroom where shower head leaked and towels were paper thin Good location for central Nice and the beach

"Guesthouse with a three star stamp"
Overall,the atmosphere remained that the customer is for hotel-not the other way round .They smile,yes,but the impression remains that they are not really interested in you well being afterall.Even a small reguestes are repeatedly ignored with a smile or a roll of the eyes.The service description does not correspond to reality in detail .The staff clearly believes that they are doing their best,-underline.Great location.

Room was small but clean. Someone is at the desk 24 hrs/day. Centrally located to Tram. Emmy and others at desk extremely helpful.

All good
Excellent location. Within walking distance of tram to/from airport and close to old town. Elevator was tiny and could only take 2 people with luggage. Breakfast was on the pricy side, but was okay. Staff were wonderful and answered all questions.

Hotel was impeccably clean. The location is in La Rambla so it’s busy full of life and you will always find something to see and eat and do. You don’t hear the noises within the room too. Location is actually perfect

Location is great, close to shopping, old town and beach. Room is a bit small, bathroom is a large size. Overall a comfortable hotel to stay with.

Hotel Helvetique room is unclean with untidy towels that have an unpleasant odor(vomit smell). It also has limited space for movement due to being quite small. Additionally, the hotel is poorly maintained, and the building itself is old and not well taken care of. To add further, the bathroom is not adequately stocked and has unsanitary towels. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Hotel buono e in ottima posizione, però, per il check in, occorre avvertire la clientela che, per arrivare all'hotel, davanti ci sono le transenne che vanno spostate anche solo per potersi fermare per scaricare i bagagli Abbiamo girato più di un'ora e, al telefono, ci dicevano di passare in hotel per ritirare il ticket per il parcheggio prenotato. Ma, ogni volta che arrivavamo davanti all'hotel, che sta su una strada senza possibilità di sostare un attimo, dovevamo ritornare sulla strada Per cortesia avvertite i clienti in anticipo!!!!!

Hôtel bien situé entre le vieux Nice et le centre ville et à 2 pas de la place Massena. A 10 mn de marche de la gare et de la mer. Personnel de l’accueil très agréable et de bons conseils pour visiter au mieux la région.

Hôtel charmant et accueillant
En arrivant j'ai été très bien accueillie par l'équipe de l'hôtel. La chambre est classique et confortable, pour le déjeuner je recommande les confitures, je me suis régalée avec celle au citron.

Perfect hotel for exploring Nice
Nice hotel situated in close to the old city, shopping and the beach. We paid for parking at the hotel, parked safely under Nice Etoile max 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Only bad thing about the parking was that you have to pay a deposit in cash, which the hotel didn’t tell us before even though we wrote a lot of details regarding parking before arrival. Nice clean room, our family of 4 fitted well. New bathroom, small toilet. Refrigerator in the room. No view from the room, but we weren’t expecting that, the hotel and room lived up to our expectations, kind staff as well. We will use the hotel again next time we visit Nice
