In only about 6min walking distance you reach the “Promenade des Anglais”, the beach and the sea and in about 4min you are in the old town. Everything is just around the corner: stores, cafés, restaurants, bars, playground, parks, old town, sea, beach... An ideal place to spend a vacation full of discovery and relaxation. A stay in this historic building will leave you with exceptional memories.



The apartment:

The apartment is located on the main shopping street; the tram stop is very close by. We have double glazed windows, but very sensitive people might hear the tram. “Le Masséna” is on the second floor with elevator.

By confirming the reservation for this property, the tenant/ guest accepts our Terms & Conditions

- All of our properties are provided with linen and towels as booked and have a hairdryer, iron & ironing board, toiletries (including hand soap, shower gel, shampoo) and basic start up pack including toilet paper, bin bags, dishtowels, sponge.

- Please note: We provide 1 beach towel per person. We only ask that you wash them in the available washing machine before you leave (detergent is provided by us).

- We also give you the opportunity to book little extras as a surprise for your loved ones or simply for your own convenience about 3 weeks prior to your arrival.

- Do you need a baby travel cot and/or a high chair ? (one-time rental fee for baby cot: €20; one-time rental fee for high chair: €15 – each to be paid during Check-In)

Please note that we do not provide bed linen for the baby cot.

We also ask that you return the cot and/or high chair cleaned, otherwise we will have to charge you an additional fee of €20 (each).

- Please note that our check-in hours are from 4pm to 8pm. We will be happy to welcome you after 8:00 pm. However, please note that if you arrive at the apartment between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm, you will be charged a late arrival fee of 20€ , from 10:00 pm to midnight 30€ and from midnight to 1:00 am 50€. After 1am it is up to the check-in manager to check you in or not and the fee is 100€.

Fixed Check-in Fee only for the Christmas/ New Year’s period - 24th, 25th, 31st December + 1st of January (late fees included): 4pm – 8pm: 50€ ; 8pm – 10pm: 75€ ; 10pm – 12am: 100€ ; 12am – 1am: 150€ ; After 1am: 200€.

The late check-in fee can be paid in cash or Credit Card and is due at check-in.
