hotel bien ubicado en la ciudad. Sin embargo, las
La experiencia fue negativa. Ocupábamos dos habitaciones. En una de ellas no se pudo abrir la puerta hasta que el personal de mantenimiento arregló la cerradura. La segunda habitación se encontraba en la primera planta y al lado de las máquinas del hotel. Como resultado de esto esa noche no pudimos descansar. No sólo fue eso, sino que el frigorífico tampoco funcionaba y tampoco pudimos ducharnos a la mañana siguiente ya que el agua salía sucia, marrón. Con todo esto se nos asignó una nueva habitación, que no fue ruidosa, pero bastante más pequeña y que carecía de una mesa para poder dejar cosas. Tuvimos la sensación de estar en un hostal. Nunca hemos estado tan incómodos en un hotel de cuatro estrellas.

I loved the Amenities the hotel had as well as the free bar and daily free refill. The sauna and gym was good however, I would have liked to have seen a little more variety. Unfortunately my room's cleanliness was a slight let down with some of the information sheets having spill marks of sodas and some spillage stains on the carpet.

Malgré l’hôtel soit classé comme “destination charging” par Tesla, les bornes ne marchent pas et l’hôtel fait payer quand même 25€ le parking sans donner un service qui est obligé de donner. La direction n’a rien voulu savoir et m’a fait payer le parking et moi j’ai dû déplacer la voiture ailleurs pour pouvoir la charger. Chambre moyenne et bruyante.

This is a really nice hotel. The room we were upgraded to had a balcony, was big, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and charming — always wishing you, ‘Good day’ or ‘Good night’. The walk to the centre takes about 15 minutes but there are lots of good restaurants and shops immediately around the place. The sea is a five minute walk. We felt looked after and relaxed. The rooftop bar has great views across the city and the rooftop pool, while small, must be blissful in the summer. The only very slight negative was the slim shower screen that made it difficult not to wet the bathroom floor. All in all a super hotel.

Big thanks to the nice crew with excellent service - front desk, valet parking, repairman, bar staff. Great location. We love the rooftop jacuzzi and bar vibes, valet parking, TV with bbc channel.

We stayed in this hotel at least 20 times in the last 15 years. It has never been like this. I do suggest the management to fix this terrible service and rooms

Our stay was lovely! The staff were extremely hospitable. At first we were placed in a old fashioned room that looked completely different to the website, but we were quickly upgraded to a deluxe modern room, after raising a query. It was within 10 minutes walking distance of the beach, food and shops. A prime location and the rooftop views and pool were a great addition as well as the spa facilities which were open till quite late. I would definitely stay again.

The checking was awful. The rooms were not available upon arrival. we got in at 3:30pm, Checking was at 4pm and room was not available until 1 hour later. The lobby areas was such chaos. The rooms itself smelled so awful. We paid for a 4 star hotel and we got 2 star quality. Will never stay here again.

Well located, helpful staff. Rooftop bar service , drinks and food were great. Pool was unusual with no shallow end, water treading skills greatly improved.

Avoid this hotel!
The hotel is very run down. The first room we were given was terrible. There was mold on the vents, the furniture and bedding were very old and the carpet was in poor condition. The hallway walls were damaged and in several places. We moved rooms (ourselves) three times before we had a room that was just barely acceptable. When I showed the front desk the photos of rooms from their website and asked why our room wasn’t the same quality, I was told the pictures were of suites. So I guess if you’re booking a suite you’ll be fine, but regular staterooms are a disaster.

Staff went above and beyond. The breakfast was expensive and did not have too many vegan or vegetarian options, but this does not change the fact that this is was a wonderful hotel experience. 10/10

I personally will not stay here again. Worst of the hotels we stayed at on our month trip through Europe. Definitely was expecting more based off the pictures and price. Pros Close to the beach, friendly staff, good area, rooftop pool/bar was amazing. Cons Looks like only the 3rd floor is renovated. The rest of the rooms are outdated, and not nearly the same quality. Our first room was very musty, and the air conditioning did not work well. Coolest it got was 30 Celsius, and that was with 2 fans. We asked to move rooms, which they allowed. Second room (different floor) wasn’t much better. Coolest it got was 26 with a fan. And the bathroom in the second room always smelled like sewage.

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Hotellet har varit fint en gång i tiden, men det att det finns brister i underhåll. Rummen börjar bli slitna. Väldigt dåligt vattentryck i duschen och ojämn temperatur. Ibland kom det skållhett för att sedan bli kallt, och detta utan att man rörde vreden. Skulle inte rekommendera att använda duschen för barn då risken för skador är påtaglig.
