YOUR NEIGHBOURHOOD



The apartment is located just 100 metres from Carras beach, a pleasant pebble beach popular with Nice locals. The neighbourhood is quiet, residential and well-served: the tram (Carras station) is 50 metres away, a "Carrefour Market" supermarket is also nearby, and Nice Saint-Augustin station is 1 km away. Nice airport is very close (800 m), and the city centre, with Place Masséna, is accessible in just a few minutes by tram.



STAY



The living room, bright and functional, is equipped with a sofa bed that can accommodate two people, a television and a dining area. This air-conditioned living space allows you to relax comfortably after a day at the beach or to share a family dinner. Direct access to the terrace naturally extends this space towards the outside.



TERRACE



The terrace of approximately 6 m² is a real asset of this apartment. It offers a very pleasant view of the sea. It is a perfect place to have a coffee in the morning or enjoy an aperitif at the end of the day, with the Mediterranean as a backdrop and the sea air as a bonus.



COOKING



The American kitchen is well equipped for independent stays. You will find ceramic hobs, a refrigerator, an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster as well as all the utensils necessary for preparing your meals.



BEDROOM



The independent room has a comfortable double bed, with easy access to the bathroom. Quiet and air-conditioned, it is ideal for resting after a day in the sun.



BATHROOM



The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin with a mirror, a hairdryer and a washing machine. An iron is also available.

How to get to my accommodation in Nice upon arrival



I chose to arrive by air



Upon arriving at the airport, a wide range of transport options are available to you to get to your apartment:



The tram - The best market: Line 2 will depart in front of terminals 1 & 2, serves the entire city on the Sea Side, from the airport to Nice Port, in 25 minutes. All stations pass through Fabron, Grosso & Gambetta for the Flowers district, Alsace Lorraine and Jean Médecin for the Musicians, Gold or Masséna districts, the Pin district and finally the Port district.

A connection with line 1 is made at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.

A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.



Taxis: The most direct: They are present at each terminal 1 & 2. 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is an official fixed rate that must be applied + the baggage rate. Make sure to inform yourself well and specify it to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.



The bus: The shuttle to the airport (bus 98) is both cheap and convenient. It runs every twenty minutes during the day and will drop you off in the city centre, near Nice Thiers Station.



I chose to arrive by train



The tram - The best market: To get to line n°1, exit to the left of the station and go down towards Thiers Avenue until Jean Médecin Avenue (indicated by signage). Trams pass every five minutes and the ticket has a low cost. Line 1 serves the centre and the two northern districts of Nice.

A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.

A connection with Line 2 (Airport / Port) is at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.



Taxis: The most direct: 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is no fixed package. The driver must mandatorily activate his meter before leaving the station. You will only have to pay the fare displayed upon arrival + the luggage rate. Make sure to inquire and specify this to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.

Do not forget to have the complete address ready to be given to the driver.



I chose to arrive by car



There is always a public car park near your place of residence. The rate is:



• On time

• Per 24-hour day

• Per week

• Per month



It may prove to be more interesting to pay for a week rather than per day for stays longer than 4 days, and so on. Check the rate grid carefully at the parking entrance or go to the security post as soon as you are parked.
